They were being bribed. And the fact that Joe Biden gave away $1 billion in U.S. money \u2064in exchange for my \u2064dismissal, my firing, isn\u2019t\u2062 that alone a case of corruption?\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Shokin was forced to resign by\u200b Biden\u2019s threat to withhold $1\u200c billion in U.S. loan guarantees, which he publicly credited for the move.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning\u200c in April 2014, Hunter Biden worked for Burisma as a board member, earning up \u2063to \u200c$1 million annually.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIt was on a\u200b list of cases to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-mishandling-of-classified-documents-is-a-cautionary-tale-for-all-americans\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s Mishandling Of Classified Documents Is A Cautionary Tale For All Americans\">merit special attention<\/a> \u200bbecause \u200dHunter Biden was involved with \u2063Burisma and of course, \u2064his father, the vice president. Biden \u200dat the \u2064time oversaw Ukraine\u200d affairs for the White House,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Zlochevsky also alleged\u2064 in 2016 that he was \u201ccoerced\u201d into paying a \u2063$10\u2062 million bribe\u2064 to the president \u2063and his son\u2064 in return for Shokin\u2019s dismissal, according to an FBI informant file that was made public last month.<\/p>\n<p>Devon Archer, a 2014 board member and previous\u2062 business associate of Hunter Biden, said before the House Oversight Committee this month that Burisma \u2062appointed Hunter on \u200cthe board \u2064so \u200bthat\u200b \u201cpeople \u200cwould be intimidated to mess \u200cwith them\u2026\u2064 legally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vadym Pozharskyi, \u200da board adviser for Burisma, and Joe Biden met in Washington, D.C., in\u200c 2015\u2063 and spoke over the phone\u200d with Hunter when they were both present at a meeting in\u2062 Dubai\u2064 the same year, according to Archer.<\/p>\n<p>According to Shokin, his office \u2062\u201cwould have found the\u200b facts about the corrupt\u2063 activities that they\u2062 were engaging in,\u201d\u200d and as a result, he was sacked. \u201cThat included \u200bboth Hunter Biden and Devon Archer and others.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In \u200ban effort to remove Shokin, Joe Biden called the then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko\u200b five times in February and March 2016 and Prime\u200d Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk once.<\/p>\n<p>On February 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2016, the Kyiv Post reported that \u2062Shokin\u2019s office had successfully obtained a\u2064 court order to take Zlochevsky\u2019s property.
