Thoughts? \u2b07\ufe0f\u2b07\ufe0f <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BryanKohberger?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#BryanKohberger<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/rjVSZVuR6H\">pic.twitter.com\/rjVSZVuR6H<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 \u200cGisela\u200c K (@truecrimegisela) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/truecrimegisela\/status\/1696093482350186965?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August \u200b28, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script type=\"text\/plain\" data-service=\"twitter\" data-category=\"marketing\" async data-cmplz-src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script> <\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The attorney argued that \u201ccamera-wielding courtroom observers have failed to obey\u201d \u2062a directive by \u200dJudge\u2062 John\u200d Judge which was given on June 27<sup>th<\/sup>. <\/p>\n<p>During the June 27<sup>th<\/sup> hearing, the judge highlighted the recent Chad\u200b Daybell trial, in \u2063which\u2063 photographers were asked to leave the courtroom for placing \u2064too much \u200dfocus on the defendant.<\/p>\n<p>In order to \u2062remain for the rest of \u2064the proceedings,\u2064 the judge stated that cameras in the\u2063 courthouse must display a\u200d wide, landscape shot of the courtroom rather than focusing solely on\u200d the suspect\u200d in close ups.<\/p>\n<p>According to Taylor, the press have thus far failed to comply with the court\u2019s order, as the circulation of Kohberger photographs continue to circulate.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cObservers\u2019 continued failure \u200dto comply with the Court\u2019s June 27<sup>th<\/sup> directive compounds this problem and results in the potential jury pool\u2019s constant inundation \u200bwith conclusory accusations and \u200csensationalistic nonsense guised as factual\u2062 reporting and analysis,\u201d Taylor wrote. \u2062\u201cThe images and videos provided above were taken during pre-trial court proceedings, but pose no less \u200ddanger. To the contrary, they gradually poison the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/idaho-murders-kohbergers-legal-team-requests-banning-cameras-in-courtroom\/\" title=\"Kohberger's lawyers seek camera ban in Idaho murder trial.\">potential jury pool prior<\/a> to trial even\u2064 occurring, winnowing the number \u2063of\u200c jurors able to render a just, unbiased verdict.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Taylor\u2019s demand to remove cameras from the\u200c courtroom comes after Kohberger forfeited\u2063 his right to a speedy trial\u200c during a court hearing on \u200bWednesday afternoon, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/idaho-murders-trial-delayed\/\">delaying the trial\u2019s<\/a> \u200b start \u200ddate, which was initially set for October <sup>2nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is being charged with the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, all who were fatally stabbed in an off-campus residence \u2064in Moscow, Idaho.<\/p>\n<p>Kohberger was arrested in \u2062Pennsylvania in December and extradited to Idaho a few days later in connection to the killings.<\/p>\n<p>In May, he was formally charged with four counts of \u200dfirst-degree murder and one act of criminal\u200d burglary after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/judge-enters-not-guilty-plea-for-bryan-kohberger\/\">pleading not guilty<\/a> to all charges during \u200dhis arraignment.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
