Let\u2019s\u2062 get back\u2062 to the source \u2063of that animal welfare.<\/p>\n<p>The Beef Initiative is basically about taking care of livestock; lock, step, and barrel. That\u2019s what we\u2064 do. I\u2019m a West Texas cowboy that knows how to take care of cattle. That\u2019s something this nation\u2063 has lost.<\/p>\n<p>We need to \u2064get \u200dback to understanding and reeducating a nation on where food comes from. At The Beef Initiative we\u2019re giving you direct access to \u200ba rancher. We have an index where you\u2062 can search for a rancher and establish a relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Today one\u2063 multinational center can process thousands\u200c of cattle every week. Whenever\u2062 you have micro-processing centers in your community, you \u2064have farmers, ranchers, processors, and distributors all focused within a 30\u2064 to 60-mile \u200bradius. That\u2019s who they\u2019re targeting to feed. That\u2019s what a lot of people did \u2062in the United States, before they took those micro-processing centers out.<\/p>\n<p>So we\u2019re going to start with our communities first, and then\u200b we\u2019ll go \u2064from there.<\/p>\n<h3>Mr. \u2062Jekielek:<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ve talked before about a crisis in the food \u2062supply.<\/p>\n<h3>Texas Slim:<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve had a consolidation of multinational, industrial food corporations. They\u2019re trying to create a one world food group, to change\u2062 what we consume, and the marketing behind it is big.<\/p>\n<p>There will\u2063 be a shift\u2064 in the\u200c food supply for a lot of people. \u200bThey won\u2019t\u200c even notice \u200dit \u200cbecause of the types\u2064 of ingredients and the type of things \u2062that \u2064they\u2019re introducing into our food supply. It\u2019s a\u200d fake commodity system, which basically takes out animal protein and injects\u200c soy\u2063 protein into everything.<\/p>\n<p>There was a\u200c report that came out saying 88 percent of Americans are now metabolically compromised. We have over 10 to 20 doctors that report data to The Beef \u2064Initiative. \u2063The \u2063number one metabolic disease right now in the United States of America is fatty liver\u200b disease,\u200d partly \u2062because of the industrial food complex producing what we consume. They\u2019re trying\u200b to take the animal and the soil out \u2062of our consumption\u200d model and turn it into something that is grown and produced in labs. So, there\u2019s going to be a shift in nutrition, \u2064and it\u2019s going to come with marketing plans \u2062that\u2063 say you are saving the planet.<\/p>\n<p>Look at Bill Gates. Why is he buying up farmland in the United States?<\/p>\n<h3>Mr. Jekielek:<\/h3>\n<p>How much farmland \u200cdoes Bill Gates \u2063actually have?<\/p>\n<h3>Texas Slim:<\/h3>\n<p>When I \u200dwrote, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/producers.beefinitiative.com\/blog\/the-harvest-of-deception\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Harvest of Deception<\/a>,\u201d he had about \u200c242,000 acres of farmland in the United States. During Covid, China bought up about the same amount of farmland in the United States. It\u2019s all done to control the\u200c food supply.<\/p>\n<p>Now, \u2063Bill Gates is \u2062also\u2062 one of the biggest investors in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wheres-the-beef-ranchers-take-stand-over-synthetic-meat-label\/\" title=\"Ranchers oppose labeling synthetic 'meat'\">fake meat products<\/a> that are coming to the stores and supermarkets. We\u2019re being told to eat bugs and they\u2019re\u200d saying it\u2019s \u2064saving the planet and it\u2019s just as \u200dgood as animal protein. That\u2019s\u200c 100 percent wrong. Besides, cows are \u2062land tools. They are the \u2064best thing\u2063 that we have to sequester CO2.<\/p>\n<h3>Mr. Jekielek:<\/h3>\n<p>How \u2062exactly are cows the number\u2063 one\u200c tool for sequestering carbon?<\/p>\n<h3>Texas Slim:<\/h3>\n<p>In the Panhandle \u200bof Texas, \u200dsome of the\u2064 most beautiful grasslands are there. When you have a cow that\u2019s grazing on that grass, it\u2019s taking in carbon\u2063 dioxide and it\u2019s putting it back into the soil. \u2063It\u2019s a\u2064 natural cycle. It\u2019s a\u200d natural process.
