It&#8217;s unrealistic. So there&#8217;s no way they&#8217;re not going to overlap. They&#8217;re gonna have to go into\u2062 October, November of next year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Habba, meanwhile, said \u200bthat all the cases \u2063brought against\u2062 the 45th\u200c president are designed to &#8220;tie him up&#8221; amid the campaign and as\u200b he&#8217;s currently \u2063the top-polled GOP candidate. &#8220;They intentionally waited years \u200cand years&#8221; to bring charges against \u200bthe former president,\u2062 she told the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about how\u200c President \u2064Trump faces a maximum\u2064 700 years\u200c in prison for all the charges\u2014federal and state\u2014against him, \u2064she said that\u2062 it&#8217;s a bid to intimidate him \u2063during his campaign.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>President Trump faces multiple charges \u2064in a 2020 election case that was brought by special counsel Jack \u2063Smith. In May, the special counsel claimed President Trump engaged in felony \u2064violations\u200c of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/canadian-olympic-committee-warns-athletes-not-to-criticize-china\/\" title=\"Canadian Olympic Committee Warns Athletes Not to Criticize China\">national security laws<\/a> \u2064and conspiracy to obstruct justices.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier \u200dthis month, in Georgia, Fulton County District Attorney\u200c Fani Willis charged President Trump and more than a dozen other \u200dindividuals with unlawfully conspiring to conduct a criminal \u2064enterprise after \u200dthe 2020\u2063 election in the state.\u200d On Aug. \u206425, President Trump was booked at the Fulton County Jail and had his mugshot taken, which immediately went viral on social media.<\/p>\n<p>About an hour after the mugshot was released, the former president\u200c returned to X for the first time after having been banned\u200d from\u2064 the platform more than two years ago, when it was called Twitter.
