It&#8217;s unrealistic. It&#8217;s theatrics,\u201d \u2064Habba said. \u201cNo judge is going to say that you can\u2064 be on two trials at once in two different states, because \u2062a lot of these \u200doverlap. They look at the start date of the \u200ctrial, but these are four to six-week trials at the least. So there&#8217;s no way \u200bthey&#8217;re not going to overlap.
