Through the Fallen Workers Assistance and Memorial Fund, families can receive up to $2,500 \u200bto help <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/calif-authorities-offering-300k-in-search-for-freeway-shooting-suspect\/\" title=\"Calif. authorities offering 0K in search for freeway shooting suspect\">cover funeral costs<\/a>, travel expenses, and\u200c other uninsured expenses.<\/p>\n<p>To support\u2062 the children of fallen workers, Caltrans \u200cand the foundation have established a scholarship award ranging from $1,000 \u2063to $5,000.
