He believes that it is for the courts\u200d to \u200cdecide.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is important to\u200d note that Trump has \u2063not been convicted or charged with insurrection.\u2064 In fact, \u200bnone of the individuals indicted for the Jan. \u200b6 riot have been \u200dcharged\u2064 with sedition either.<\/p>\n<p>Despite this, some <a title=\"Legal Experts Break Down Flaws in Trump Indictment\" href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/legal-experts-break-down-flaws-in-trump-indictment\/\">legal experts argue<\/a> that Trump can \u200dstill be disqualified \u200bfrom the presidency under the 14th Amendment. Some view it as an insurrection, while \u2063others see it as a protest that got out of hand.<\/p>\n<p>It is \u2063clear that the left and establishment Republicans fear a second Trump presidency.
