Due to\u2064 the recent reports of \u200ba rise in\u200c hospitalizations, mask mandates are also\u2064 slowly being reintroduced by some organizations, such as <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/lionsgate-studio-re-enacts-covid-19-mask-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\">LionsGate<\/a> studios.<\/p>\n<p>Updated versions of the \u2063vaccine which contain the newer version of the virus are already being \u2063developed by Pfizer, Novavx and Moderna. Officials claim that due to the mutating nature of the virus, the vaccine needs to constantly be updated.<\/p>\n<p>The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/white-house-prioritizes-ukraine-funding-over-border-and-fentanyl-crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\">supplemental funding<\/a> that the Biden administration recently presented to Congress did not\u2062 include any funding\u200b for\u2063 COVID vaccines. Instead, the request asked for around $40 billion for short-term\u200b \u201ckey priorities\u201d such as more aide for Ukraine, federal disaster funds, climate change and a minimal amount \u200dfor border security.<\/p>\n<p>In fall of 2022, Biden had also asked for \u200daround $9\u2063 billion \u200bfrom Congress for funding towards \u2062the virus, \u200bbut the\u2063 request was\u2062 denied by Congress \u2064at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
