The clinic is in\u2064 the process of closing following the state\u2019s \u2062abortion \u2064ban, which went into effect earlier this week after the Indiana Supreme Court denied\u200d a petition for a retrial filed by the American Civil Liberties \u2064Union (ACLU) and Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Illegal Abortion Offered at Home<\/h3>\n<p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-audio-think-tanks-star-lawsuit-witness-admits-to-tommy-robinson-that-they-bribed-him-for-testimony-against-us-congressional-staffer\/\" title=\"EXCLUSIVE AUDIO: Think Tank\u2019s Star Lawsuit Witness Admits to Tommy Robinson That They Bribed Him For Testimony Against US Congressional Staffer\">recorded phone call<\/a>, a woman named \u201cBridgette\u201d \u200c(spelling unknown) said that she had all of the necessary resources \u2063to medically induce an abortion \u201cat home\u201d for $500,\u2064 though the woman later relented to a bartered price of\u200d $450. The \u200dwoman acknowledged that\u2062 her proposition was\u200b illegal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is\u200c strictly between me and you now, you know, because \u200c [\u2026] we\u2019re\u2062 not supposed to be doing this,\u201d said the woman.\u2062 \u201cI\u2019m not supposed to \u2063be doing \u200bthis \u200dbecause it\u2019s illegal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The woman also said\u200d she\u200c would lie about the date of the abortion\u2062 procedure to make it defensible.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, we going\u2064 [sic] to act like it\u2019s yesterday,\u201d said the woman.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>French reportedly passed on the information to the Indiana Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>In February, Clinic for Women launched a \u200dsister location in the border\u2063 city of Danville, Illinois,\u2062 operating under the business name, \u2063\u201cAffirmative Care Solutions.\u201d The clinic\u2019s operator, LaDonna Prince, is listed as a manager\u200d alongside Alisha Dunn and Dennis Mickle, according to Illinois\u2019 business registration <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.ilsos.gov\/businessentitysearch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">database<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILY WIRE APP<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Indiana\u2019s licensing <a href=\"https:\/\/mylicense.in.gov\/everification\/Search.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">database<\/a>, both of the health facility admin board licenses under Prince\u2019s name have long since expired.<\/p>\n<p>The site for the\u2063 new Illinois clinic experienced \u200cvandalism\u200b and community pushback, prompting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/midwest-reproductive-freedom-fighter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crowdfunding effort<\/a> to raise $500,000 to mitigate \u2064the damages and a <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/rep-kelly-shares-clinic-attack-192000598.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">request<\/a> by Illinois Democratic Rep. Since opening its doors\u200d in 1977, the clinic has <a href=\"https:\/\/studentsforlife.org\/2023\/05\/01\/pepper-balls-shot-while-standing-up-for-the-preborn-in-indianapolis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">faced<\/a> allegations of poor public health practices and \u2063neglecting informed consent waivers.<\/p>\n<p>In \u200bthe 2005\u2063 case\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/caselaw.findlaw.com\/court\/in-supreme-court\/1055147.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>Clinic For Women, Inc.\u200b v.
