Jail records also \u200bshow that he is still being held with no bond, unlike the other defendants.<\/p>\n<p>All the other defendants in\u200d the case, including President Trump and former \u2062Mayor Rudy Giuliani, have been released after posting \u2062bond, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/capitol-breach-suspect-asks-judge-for-permission-to-travel-to-peru-to-get-married\/\" title=\"Capitol Breach Suspect Asks Judge for Permission To Travel to Peru to Get Married\">court records show<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the Fulton \u200bCounty case, Mr. Floyd is \u2063charged with conspiracy to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/who-is-trevian-kutti-former-kanye-west-publicist-charged-in-trump-georgia-indictment\/\" title=\"Trevian Kutti, ex-Kanye West publicist, faces charges in Trump Georgia case.\">solicit false statements<\/a>, influencing witnesses, and racketeering. Prosecutors allege that he allegedly attempted to pressure a local Georgia election worker into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-black-voices-for-trump-director-still-in-jail-as-others-post-bond-in-fulton-case-records\/\" title=\"Former Black Voices for Trump Director remains incarcerated while others are able to post bond in Fulton case, according to records.\">confessing election-related crimes<\/a> during the 2020 election.<\/p>\n<p>In the Maryland case, FBI agents went to\u200c Mr. Floyd&#8217;s apartment in February to serve a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-prosecutor-probing-attempts-to-influence-2020-election\/\" title=\"Georgia Prosecutor Probing Attempts to Influence 2020 Election\">grand jury subpoena<\/a>, according to the Washington Post and The Associated Press, citing an affidavit filed in the U.S. \u2064District Court for the District of Maryland. It claimed that Mr. Floyd assaulted an agent and\u200b insulted him and his colleague.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, FBI agents approached Mr. Floyd\u200b while he was holding his daughter \u2063at \u2064the\u200c apartment building&#8217;s stars, saying, \u201cSir, I\u2019m going to walk \u200cup behind you here, and we\u2019re going to leave the subpoena right at \u2062the front door.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Floyd responded, \u201cBro, I don\u2019t even know who you are,\u201d according to the court papers. \u201cYou\u2019re two random guys who are following me up here, into my house, with my daughter.\u200d You\u2019re not showing\u200d me\u2064 a [expletive] badge, you haven\u2019t shown me [expletive]. (Joe Raedle\/Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>The\u200d agents followed \u2062Floyd into the apartment building\u2019s stairwell, stating, \u201cSir, I\u2019m going to walk up \u200bbehind you here, and we\u2019re going to leave the subpoena\u2064 right \u2063at the front door.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u2063 Floyd then went into the apartment building \u2064and shut the door. As the \u200cdoor closed, the agent threw the subpoena into the frame. The agents then turned\u200d to leave, according to the papers.<\/p>\n<p>After they were starting to leave, Mr. Floyd allegedly ran\u200b down the stairs after them. \u201cYou haven\u2019t shown me a badge or nothing,&#8221; he said, in part.<\/p>\n<p>Then, he allegedly struck one of the agents \u201cchest \u2063to chest\u201d twice, the affidavit stated. The FBI charged him in \u200cMay, \u200daccording to the Post.<\/p>\n<p>The records did not disclose \u2063why the\u200d grand\u200c jury\u2062 was seeking\u2063 Mr. Floyd&#8217;s testimony.\u2064 According to the AP, federal court records show he made his first court\u2064 appearance on May 15, where a judge set conditions for his pretrial release, \u200dand\u200d he later \u2062surrendered his U.S. passport.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Floyd told Rockville police officers who were \u200dsent to\u2062 his apartment that he did not know who\u2063 the two men were, adding that his \u2062mother-in-law had called him and said that they showed up at her home wanting to speak with him.
