West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey expressed satisfaction \u2063with the \u2063court&#8217;s decision, emphasizing that the regulation of\u2063 abortion is a state issue.<\/p>\n<p>GenBioPro \u200bCEO Evan Masingill \u200bresponded to the ruling,\u2063 stating that the company is considering its &#8220;next steps&#8221; and remains confident in the strength\u2064 of their legal claims.
