One day, we were in Bible study and it just hit, like the Holy Spirit made sense to me all of a sudden!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/sabrina-teenaged-witch-star-reveals-helped-students-nashville-school-shooting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hart<\/a> continued:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne day, I just felt it and I was like, \u2018Oh my gosh, that\u2019s the Holy Spirit talking to me. I get it now,\u2019 she recounted.\u00a0\u201cLike a lightning bolt just hit me and I was like, \u2018The Holy Spirit! I don\u2019t know why it just hit me and I got it.\u2019 Then I better understood the Trinity and all that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy father-in-law once said to me, too, about the Trinity \u2014 because I was struggling to understand that \u2014 he said, \u2018Well, I\u2019m a father, but I\u2019m also a son, and I\u2019m also a brother, and I\u2019m also an uncle. And he said, that\u2019s how God can be all these things, so that hit me, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hart also said there were moments in past years where she struggled to keep <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/prayers-needed-hero-officer-shot-head-louisville-shooter-gets-great-news-doctors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">praying,<\/a> but she explained how she navigated those times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI actually wanted to stop praying for a while because I was having such terrible thoughts that would frighten me so badly,\u201d Hart said. \u201cI was like, \u2018I\u2019m not gonna pray anymore because I can\u2019t handle these thoughts. It\u2019s giving me anxiety. It\u2019s keeping me from sleeping.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She concluded, \u201cIt\u2019s like, literally choking me with how scared it\u2019s making me. When I pray, these other thoughts are coming in.
