They were both released on \u2064bond set at $75,000.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Roman\u2064 was the first to surrender early Friday, and \u200creleased on $50,000 \u2064bond shortly afterward. He was charged with seven counts, including conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer and conspiracy\u2063 to commit forgery, as he participated in writing \u2064documents used by the alternate electors in \u2063Georgia and helped organize the \u200calternate \u200cslate of electors. The indictment alleges his\u2063 actions were taken with &#8220;the intent to \u2064defraud &#8230; contrary to the \u2064laws of said \u200cState, the\u2063 good order, peace and dignity thereof.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Mr. Still\u2063 surrendered afterward, and was released on\u200b a $10,000 signature bond. He was charged with seven counts, including impersonating a public officer as he was one of the alternate electors in Georgia. The indictment names Mr. Still along with alternate\u2063 electors David Shafer and Cathy Latham, but\u200d 13 other \u200dalleged co-conspirators are left \u200dunnamed and\u200c not charged. The indictment alleges that the ballots \u200bwere cast\u200c &#8220;with the intent to mislead&#8221; officials in the state \u200dand federal government.<\/p>\n<p>Then Mr. Clark surrendered, and was \u200creleased on\u200c bond set at $100,000. He was charged with two counts, including racketeering and &#8220;criminal attempt to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/4th-trump-indictment-sparks-partisan-reactions\/\" title=\"4th Trump Indictment Ignites Partisan Responses\">commit false statements<\/a> and writings.&#8221; He issued a DOJ statement which included\u200d the quote that the DOJ had &#8220;identified significant \u2064concerns that may have impacted the outcome of the election in \u200dmultiple States, including the State of Georgia.&#8221; The\u2063 indictment alleges he &#8220;knowingly\u2062 and \u2062willfully&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kari-lake-says-shell-make-decision-on-arizona-senate-run-by-end-of-2023\/\" title=\"Kari Lake to decide on Arizona Senate run by late 2023.\">made\u200d false statements<\/a> in \u2063doing \u200cso, and having the statement signed by \u200cDOJ officials and delivered to Georgia state \u200bofficials was &#8220;an overt\u200d act in furtherance \u2064of the conspiracy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Clark had, prior to surrendering,\u2062 filed a notice of\u200c removal to move his case to federal court. A judge denied an emergency motion that he\u2063 may avoid\u2064 arrest until the pending removal had been decided.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Hampton, also known as Emily Misty Hayes, surrendered and was\u200d released on $10,000 signature bond. She was charged with seven counts, including &#8220;conspiracy to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-trump-under-criminal-investigation-for-raffensperger-phone-call-report\/\" title=\"BREAKING: Trump Under Criminal Investigation For Raffensperger Phone Call: Report\">commit election fraud<\/a>&#8221; and \u2064&#8221;conspiracy\u200b to defraud the\u2063 state.&#8221; Ms. Hampton \u2064is accused of taking a voting machine and examining voter data without\u2062 authorization.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Cheeley \u2064surrendered around 3 a.m. and was released on $50,000 bond. He \u200dwas charged with 10 counts, including\u2064 alleged perjury and false statements\u2062 and writing. Mr. Cheeley had emailed \u200cand called other attorneys \u2064representing President Trump, according to \u200cthe indictment, which allegedly furthered a conspiracy.
