of the &#8220;medical industrial complex&#8221;\u200d to determine the right\u2062 course of treatment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople not only get sick from fear but also can make bad decisions\u200c and listen\u2063 to people \u200bthey can\u2019t trust, which is why I\u2019m very passionate about them getting proactive\u200c and having a patient \u200cadvocate to show them alternatives instead of relying on pharmaceuticals with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/drastic-increase-in-non-infectious-diseases-in-military-explained-as-data-glitch-whistleblower\/\" title=\"Drastic Increase in Non-Infectious Diseases in Military Explained as Data Glitch: Whistleblower\">potential adverse reactions<\/a>,\u201d Ms. Romans said.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;They \u200bAre Scared of Going Back&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Graith Care began \u2064when many patients and\u2064 medical professionals were seeing how broken the system really was long before COVID-19\u2062 brought its\u200b corruption to the\u2062 surface.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI launched Graith \u200dCare from my own home \u200bnot knowing what was around the corner with\u200c all\u2063 the vaccine mandates,\u200d protocols, \u2062and the\u2064 use of drugs like remdesivir that, in many cases, have\u200c been deadly,\u201d Ms. Romans told The Epoch Times in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/article\/hospital-patients-need-an-advocate-to-fight-the-white-coats-in-the-medical-establishment-former-nurse-says-4643548\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previous interview<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Since then,\u200d she\u2019s expanded her business to help\u2062 people throughout the United States and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>To help those who can\u2019t afford patient advocacy care, \u200cshe\u2019s set up a nonprofit called Graithful Living for donations.<\/p>\n<p>In her work, she\u2019s \u200dseen the worst of what\u200d COVID policies had to offer, from hospital treatment protocols \u200cto\u2063 vaccine injuries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy concern with\u2062 these headlines coming out is that people are still fearful,\u201d she said. \u201cRight from the beginning, people were told to isolate when they shouldn\u2019t have been isolating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some of them went to hospitals and were put on drugs like remdesivir, which only made them sicker, and was fatal in \u200cmany cases, she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe tended to see more males get caught up in \u200cthe hospital system,\u201d\u200c Ms. Romans said. \u201cThose wives are \u2064struggling \u2063and\u200d have PTSD from having to see their husband \u2063dying in a\u2064 hospital bed. They are very scared of going back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A patient advocate, she said, can help navigate the\u200c hospital system if \u200done needs to be admitted, but also keep them out of\u200c the hospital \u200bwith other treatments.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the pandemic, people were told\u200d to \u200ctake \u2062a vaccine from which Ms. Romans\u200c is still seeing injuries, she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s happening \u200da lot,\u201d \u2063she said. \u201cPeople\u2019s immune systems have \u2063been \u2062compromised by this\u2062 vaccine.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;A Slippery Slope&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Morris Brown College in Atlanta and the \u2064film\u200c company\u200c Lionsgate\u2062 led\u200d the way \u2062to mandating masks this week as news \u2064reports\u2063 and editorials preached about the \u200b\u201cuptick\u201d in \u2062cases, while several hospital systems followed \u2063suit.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u200d the resurgence of excitement over face coverings is promoted\u200b on media platforms where \u200bpublic \u2064health officials\u200d and academics like Katelyn Jetelina, an epidemiologist at the University of Texas, responded with a \u2063resounding \u201cyes\u201d to a question from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizpacreview.com\/2023\/08\/10\/doctor-urges-pbs-listeners-to-mask-up-outdoors-and-at-home-during-summer-covid-uptick-1385550\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PBS \u200dNewsHour<\/a> on whether people should be wearing masks\u2014in crowded places and at \u2063home\u2014while encouraging social distancing and vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy question is, what happens next? These headlines are a slippery slope, and we want to make sure people are \u2064better educated, stay ahead of the\u2062 eightball, and not \u2063panic,\u201d Ms. Romans \u2062said. \u201cWe want people to\u2063 think on their own instead of just saying\u2064 \u2018yes\u2019 to everything. We prefer that people \u2064are empowered with the information to make \u200dinformed \u200cdecisions.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;History Repeating Itself&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Dr. Richard Bartlett, a\u200b physician of 30 years in Texas who was\u2064 involved in \u2062the effort to get the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine data released \u2064by the Food and Drug\u2062 Administration, told The\u200d Epoch Times that though he has seen \u2064an increase \u200bin COVID cases over the past five days, their symptoms are \u2062on\u2064 par with flu\u2063 cases rather\u2062 than the severity of\u2063 the Wuhan and delta variants of COVID.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis\u2063 is clearly history repeating itself as far as an attempt to control the masses,\u201d Dr. Bartlett said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u200d was never any\u2063 science to back\u2063 up the \u200dmultifaceted\u2062 campaign forced on the American\u200c people: masks, lockdowns, social distancing, and later the vaccines. There were no randomized control trials saying this was\u200c safe and effective just as there were no randomized control trials \u200bfor the medical tyranny over the last three years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Because of COVID policies, people\u200c died alone in hospitals without loved \u200bones at their side being able to say goodbye, Dr. Bartlett\u200d recalled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat might have been acceptable in a \u2062communist regime, but we have patient rights that have been abused, and there were no\u200d randomized \u2063control trials saying that this\u200c was a\u200b good idea,\u201d Dr. Bartlett\u2062 said. \u201cThey put plastic bags over patients\u2019 heads as a COVID protocol when someone tested positive \u200bfor COVID. This was \u200cnever\u2062 backed up by randomized control trials saying that was safe and \u200ceffective.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Basic patient autonomy\u2014or \u201cyour body, \u200dyour choice\u201d\u2014was\u200b trampled, he\u2064 remembered.<\/p>\n<h2>Informed Consent<\/h2>\n<p>Physicians and public health officials pushed vaccines \u200don the \u2062American public without <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gender-affirmation-for-minors-is-child-abuse-not-treatment\/\" title=\"\u2018Gender Affirmation\u2019 For Minors Is Child Abuse, Not Treatment\">giving informed consent<\/a>, not only regarding the financial conflicts of interest the \u2063officials had with the companies\u200d that made them but also regarding their potential \u2062adverse reactions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think this is another power grab,\u2062 and I\u2019m concerned \u200dthat \u2064we\u2019re going \u2062to see more of the same unless the people demand basic patient rights for their children, parents, and spouses,\u201d\u2062 Dr. Bartlett\u200c said.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Bartlett referenced a 1995 speech \u2063made by former President Bill Clinton on a final report on human radiation experiments conducted by the federal government between \u20641944 and 1974.<\/p>\n<p>The speech, he said, should have \u200dbeen remembered during this time when American citizens once again became the subjects of an experiment, but this time with novel vaccine concoctions.<\/p>\n<p>President Clinton apologized for the experiments conducted by departments such as the\u2064 U.S. Department of\u2064 Defense,\u2064 the Atomic\u200c Energy Commission, and the Public Health \u2064Services, along with the help \u200dof\u2063 several universities such as \u2064Vanderbilt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInformed consent means your doctor tells you\u2064 the risk of the treatment \u2064you are about to\u2063 undergo,\u201d President Clinton said in the speech.\u200b \u201cIn too many cases, informed\u2062 consent was withheld. Americans \u200dwere kept in the dark about the effects of what was being done\u2064 to \u2064them. The deception extended beyond the test subjects themselves to \u200dencompass their \u200cfamilies and the American people as a whole, for these experiments were kept secret and they were shrouded not for a \u2062compelling reason of national\u2064 security, but for the simple\u2062 fear of embarrassment. \u2062And that was wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Trying to Mask Children<\/h2>\n<p>Dr. Eric Hensen, a \u200cTexas physician who\u2019s still facing \u200crepercussions from \u200cnot\u200b complying with\u200b the now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/in-depth-patient-advocates-physicians-say-dont-give-in-to-fear-about-new-covid-variant\/\" title=\"Patient advocates and physicians urge people not to succumb to fear regarding the new COVID variant.\">widely discredited mask mandates issued<\/a> during the pandemic, studied how masks negatively affect health.<\/p>\n<p>Echoing Dr. Bartlett, he said the\u200c masks are about control.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s ridiculous and\u2064 I\u2019m already seeing that they\u2019re trying to put them on kids again, but it\u2019s\u200d just going to retard their growth and development, not\u200d to mention their social development,\u201d he told The Epoch \u200cTimes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new COVID variant sparks renewed support for mask mandates, reviving enthusiasm.
