The probe, \u200dled by Willis, began after a phone call had taken place between the Republican and then-Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. All of the charges required a $10,000 bond except the \u2018Violation of the Georgia RICO\u2019 which required a $80,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Fulton County District \u2062Attorney Willis has asked for an arraignment during the week of September 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2063 45<sup>th<\/sup> president was first indicted in \u2062New York on state charges regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/supreme-court-rejects-trump-bid-to-shield-financial-records\/\" title=\"Supreme Court Rejects Trump Bid To Shield Financial Records\">alleged hush money payments made<\/a> \u2064to\u200b porn actor \u200cStormy Daniels.<\/p>\n<p>In June, Trump was federally indicted\u200c for \u2063a second\u2064 time in Florida \u2063regarding the alleged mishandling\u200c of \u2062classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence.<\/p>\n<p>His third <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/co-conspirators-descriptions-released-in-trump-indictment\/\" target=\"_blank\">indictment<\/a> was in Washington, D.C., and\u200c revolved around his alleged involvement \u200din the U.S. Capitol breach \u200con January 6<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>In each case, Trump has maintained his innocence \u200band has \u200bpleaded\u200c not guilty to all of the charges.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
