Vitagliano filed a lawsuit against the county and has recently requested the\u200d Supreme \u200cCourt to\u2062 review the\u2063 case.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Samuel Alito&#8217;s majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women&#8217;s\u2063 Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade, hinted at the\u2063 potential to \u2062overturn Hill. Wade, but Roe&#8217;s distortion\u200d of First\u2062 Amendment law continues to infringe upon the fundamental rights of\u2062 sidewalk counselors.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The group highlighted\u200b retired Justice Anthony Kennedy&#8217;s dissent in Hill, stating, &#8220;For the first\u2063 time, the Court \u200dapproves a law which bars a private citizen \u200cfrom passing a message, in a peaceful manner and on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dobbs-shows-roe-and-casey-were-wrong-on-the-law-and-on-the-science\/\" title=\"Dobbs Shows Roe And Casey Were Wrong On The Law And On The Science\">profound moral issue<\/a>, to \u2062a fellow citizen \u200con a public sidewalk.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After Roe, a web of abortion precedent was established, impacting medical standards,\u2062 legal norms, and\u200c standing.
