That particular date is five months prior to what she initially requested. \u200dHer original date in mind was March 4, \u200b2024. <\/p>\n<p>The 45<sup>th<\/sup> president \u200bnotified the court that he intends to file \u200ca motion to appeal the request and to\u200c sever\u200c his\u2062 case from co-defendant Kenneth Chesebro.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cPresident Trump further respectfully puts the Court \u200bon notice that \u2064he\u2064 requests \u200cthe Court set a scheduling\u2062 conference at its earliest convenience so he can be heard on the State\u2019s motions for entry of pretrial scheduling order and to specifically set\u2064 trial,\u201d the filing said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Willis\u2019s\u200b request came one \u2064day after one of the 19-co defendants,\u200b Georgia attorney Chesebro, requested a \u200cspeedy trial.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cWithout waiving \u2063any objection as to the sufficiency of Defendant Kenneth John Chesebro\u2019s filing, the State requests that this Court specially set the \u200ctrial in this case to commence on\u2063 October 23, 2023, which falls within the term of the \u2018next succeeding regular court \u2064term\u2019 after the July-August, 2023 term of\u200d the Superior \u2062Court of Fulton County, Atlanta Judicial Circuit,\u201d the filing stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Stay informed!
