They have three children: Cayden, 16, Hayes, \u206314,\u2064 and Grace, \u200b13.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Financial Information Requested<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Court \u200ddocuments filed \u2062this week show how Christine\u200d petitioned the court\u2063 to compel \u2064her ex to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/oversight-cmte-sets-sights-on-environmental-justice-program\/\" title=\"Oversight Cmte sets sights on environmental justice program\">produce documents related<\/a> to his business dealings, including upcoming entertainment projects, per a report from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/kevin-costner-ex-accuses-withholding-evidence-finances-he-responds-7814351\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">People<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c[Kevin] has requested \u2062a multi-day evidentiary hearing on\u2062 [Christine\u2019s] request for child support, at which time the Court will receive evidence regarding [Kevin\u2019s] gross\u2063 cash flow available for support and anticipated future income. [Kevin] has also requested a trial\u200b to determine\u200d the \u200dvalidity of the parties\u2019 Premarital \u200cAgreement, \u2063the unconscionability of\u200c which will depend on an analysis of how the terms of that agreement compare to the\u2062 parties\u2019 present financial realities,\u201d Christine\u2019s lawyer wrote\u2063 in \u200bthe document.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe Court\u2062 will need to\u200c receive evidence regarding those circumstances\u200d to make its determination.
