Tim Scott (R-SC) if Pence \u2063did the right thing when\u2062 he certified the results of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nearly-all-republican-candidates-back-pence-for-his-actions-on-january-6\/\" title=\"Most GOP candidates support Pence for his actions on Jan 6.\">2020 presidential election amidst<\/a> the chaos at the U.S. Capitol.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Sen. Ron DeSantis:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;The 2024\u200c election is not about what happened on January 6,&#8221; DeSantis asserted. \u2064&#8221;It&#8217;s about who gets sworn\u200b into office on January 20, 2025.
