She\u200d and 18 other co-defendants are accused of\u2063 violating the state&#8217;s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.\u2063 This case, brought by Fulton \u2064County District Attorney Fani Willis, targets former President Donald Trump for\u200b his efforts to\u2064 challenge the Georgia general election results.<\/p>\n<p>Ms.\u200c Powell surrendered\u200b on Wednesday \u200cat the Fulton County jail. He headed \u200dto the\u200c courthouse \u200cto set bond before his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/giuliani-to-surrender-today-in-fulton-county-2020-election-case-5479097\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> \u2063surrender at the Fulton County jail.<\/p>\n<p>All bond agreements include restrictions \u2062on\u2063 communication about the case. \u2063Only the defendants&#8217; attorneys \u200dare allowed to communicate with other co-defendants or witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Powell&#8217;s bond agreement \u200badds\u200b a condition that\u2062 if she doesn&#8217;t turn herself in by\u2064 noon on Friday, \u200dAug. 25, &#8220;this\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-indictment-mug-shots-released-of-smiling-ellis-giuliani-and-powell\/\" title=\"Mug shots of Ellis, Giuliani, and Powell released in Donald Trump indictment.\">consent bond order<\/a> shall be null \u2062and void.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Conspiracy \u2064Charges<\/h2>\n<p>Ms. Powell\u2063 is facing two \u2063counts \u200cof &#8220;conspiracy \u2064to commit\u2062 election fraud,&#8221; one count of &#8220;conspiracy to commit computer theft,&#8221; one count of \u200c&#8221;conspiracy to \u200bcommit computer\u2064 trespass,&#8221; one count of &#8220;conspiracy to commit computer invasion of \u200dprivacy,&#8221; and\u200d one count of \u2063&#8221;conspiracy to defraud \u2062the\u200d state.&#8221; These \u2063charges stem from her involvement with data forensic firm Sullivan Strickler.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Ms. Powell is\u200d accused of 12 \u200cacts of racketeering. The indictment in Washington lists Ms. Powell, unnamed, as a co-conspirator who advanced arguments involving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/the-identities-of-the-alleged-co-conspirators-in-trumps-indictment-5438611\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">voting machines<\/a> affecting election results.<\/p>\n<h2>Other \u200bBonds Set in Georgia<\/h2>\n<p>Bond agreements have also\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/giuliani-to-surrender-today-in-fulton-county-2020-election-case-5479097\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">been \u200bset<\/a> for \u200cseveral other \u200ddefendants.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump had the highest bond set at $200,000. Other defendants include John Eastman at $100,000,\u2064 Kenneth Chesebro at $100,000, Jenna Ellis at $100,000, David Shafer at $75,000, Cathleen Latham at\u200d $75,000, Stephen Lee at $75,000, Ray \u200dSmith III at $50,000, Robert Cheeley at $50,000, Michael Roman at $50,000, Shawn Still\u2062 at $10,000, and Scott Hall \u200dat $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys Mr. Eastman, Mr. Chesebro, Mr. Smith, alternate electors Ms. Latham and Mr. Shafer, and Georgia bail bondsman Mr.\u200b Hall have been booked by the local Fulton County jail and \u2064released\u200d on \u2062bond.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump is expected to arrive on Thursday \u2064afternoon, as he has posted on social\u2064 media. <a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/110939996350255182\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supporters<\/a> of his are expected to arrive ahead of the GOP frontrunner to rally.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nobody has\u2064 ever fought for election integrity like President Donald \u200cJ.
