That&#8217;s two years after costing me millions and millions of dollars and \u2062my law practice. Trump. For doing so, I will proudly be arrested tomorrow afternoon in Georgia. God bless the United States of America!!!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajc.com\/news\/live-updates\/defendants-surrenders-trump-georgia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bond<\/a> agreements have \u200balso \u2063been set\u2062 with\u2064 a number of other \u2062defendants. In\u200d total, President Trump had his set the highest at $200,000,\u2063 Mr. Eastman at $100,000, Mr. Chesebro\u200c at $100,000, Jenna Ellis at $100,000, Mr. Shafer at $75,000,\u2063 Ms. Latham at $75,000, Stephen Lee at $75,000, \u2062Mr. Smith at $50,000, Robert Cheeley\u2064 at $50,000, Michael Roman at $50,000, Shawn\u200b Still at\u2062 $10,000, and\u200d Mr. Hall at $10,000. This leaves just seven of the\u200b defendants without bond agreements worked out.<\/p>\n<h2>Mugshots<\/h2>\n<p>Jail \u200cofficials \u200chave\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/trump-will-be-treated-as-a-common-prisoner-fulton-county-sheriff-5478480\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insisted<\/a> \u200b that all the \u2063codefendants,\u2062 including the former president of the United States,\u2064 will be treated like any other\u2063 criminal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re \u200bindicted, then we\u2019re going to\u200b treat you as though you\u2019re indicted here locally, and so we\u2019ll consider\u200c you to do fingerprints, mugshots, etc.,\u201d\u200c said Sheriff\u2062 Patrick Labatt\u2063 to\u200d CNN.<\/p>\n<p>Charles\u200d Rambo, a\u2064 retired\u2062 lieutenant \u2063of the sheriff\u2019s \u2063office, said \u200dto the \u200cmedia outlet that once inside \u201cthey would be pat down, led to the booking office in the rear. From \u200bthere, they probably \u2063have to have ties \u200dand shoe strings and all those types of \u2064things \u2064taken. Then, \u2064from there the persons\u2063 would be fingerprinted, given a booking photo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>President Trump&#8217;s legal spokespersons have dismissed \u200dthe remarks as posturing \u200band described it as a transparent attempt to humiliate a presidential \u200bcandidate they don&#8217;t like.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Them saying something like we need a \u200cmugshot. What&#8217;s the\u200d purpose of\u2064 a mug shot? The mug shot \u2063is\u2064 so that you know what somebody looks like in case \u200cthey&#8217;re a flight risk. The man is supervised by Secret Service. &#8230; Where is \u2062he going and who \u200cisn&#8217;t \u2062recognizing\u2064 him?&#8221; Alina Habba, legal spokesperson and counsel of Save America PAC, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NEWSMAX\/status\/1691476088244023296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> Newsmax. &#8220;It&#8217;s a show.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Given \u2064that President Trump requires Secret \u2062Service protection,\u2064 it is highly unlikely his\u2063 booking process will be the \u2062same\u200d as the typical procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Giuliani said he&#8217;d likely have \u2063to have his mugshot taken.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A mugshot \u200bfor the man who probably put the worst criminals of the 20th century in jail,&#8221; Mr. \u200dGiuliani said. &#8220;They&#8217;re going to degrade themselves by\u200c taking a mugshot\u2063 of me\u200d like \u200dpeople won&#8217;t recognize me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Shafer, former chair\u2063 of the Georgia Republican Party, posted a\u200d picture of his \u2062smiling mugshot on X\u200b (formerly Twitter) and changed it to his profile picture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood morning! #NewProfilePicture,\u201d \u2063he <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DavidShafer\/status\/1694303972427763731\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2064day before, Mr. Shafer had filed\u2063 a detailed, 54-page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/numerous-arguments-filed-to-remove-georgia-trump-case-from-state-court-5478537\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notice of removal<\/a> of the case from state to federal court. Similar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/trump-co-defendant-jeffrey-clark-requests-georgia-indictment-be-moved-to-federal-court-5478242\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notices<\/a> had been filed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/jeffrey-clark-first-defendant-to-oppose-march-4-trial-date-in-georgia-elections-case-5474693\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jeffrey Clark,<\/a> former Department \u200dof Justice official, and Mark \u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/article\/trump-former-chief-of-staff-seeks-to-move-georgia-indictment-to-federal-court-5468142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meadows<\/a>, former\u200c chief\u200c of staff to the president, neither of\u200c whom\u200d has \u2062surrendered.
