Unfortunately, the Biden \u200dAdministration has consistently stonewalled \u2064Congress.\u2063 Our duty \u200dis\u200b to follow the facts wherever they may\u200c lead, and our subpoenas\u2064 compelling testimony from Biden Administration officials\u2062 are crucial to understanding\u200c how the President\u2019s son\u2064 received special treatment from\u200d federal prosecutors and who was the ultimate \u200cdecision maker in\u2063 the case.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Chairmen, joined \u200cby the House \u2062Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) had opened an investigation \u200cinto what they said is widespread, improper interference\u200c in\u200d the case of Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<p>In a deposition before the House Ways and Means committee\u200b on May \u200c26<sup>th<\/sup>, Gary Shapley said that Weiss \u200bhad \u2062told six \u2063individuals in 2022 that he could not make the \u200ddecision to charge Hunter Biden outside\u2063 of Delaware. He claimed that U.S. Attorneys appointed by President Joe Biden had prevented him from pressing \u2062forward with\u200c the charges.<\/p>\n<p>That \u2063admission\u2064 contradicted the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-reps-comer-jordan-call-on-fauci-to-explain-possible-discrepancy-in-sworn-congressional-testimony\/\" title=\"EXCLUSIVE: Reps. Comer, Jordan Call On Fauci To Explain Possible \u2018Discrepancy\u2019 In Sworn Congressional Testimony\">sworn congressional testimony<\/a> that\u200c was given \u200dby\u2064 Attorney General Merrick Garland in \u2064which he stated \u2064that Weiss had been given complete authority on whether to pursue any charges against Hunter.<\/p>\n<p>Shapley also\u2064 alleges that Weiss had said that \u200bhis efforts \u2064to bring charges\u200b in multiple jurisdictions were repeatedly denied. <\/p>\n<p>However, both Weiss and the Justice\u2062 Department have denied all the\u200c allegations that have been made by \u200dShapley, who also alleged, along with another IRS employee, that there has been a pattern of \u201cslow-walking investigative steps.\u201d\u200c <\/p>\n<p>The \u2063subpoena letters that were issued came a just over a week after Garland had appointed Weiss as\u2062 Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
