Let\u2019s\u200b <strong>f***ing \u2062go.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>The \u200bInfamous Fyre Festival<\/h3>\n<p>The original Fyre Festival, which occurred in 2017, made headlines for months and became the topic of multiple documentaries. The \u2064disaster situation was all well documented\u200d on social media, which created even \u2064more of an uproar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>McFarland pled\u2064 guilty in 2018 to\u2064 two counts \u2063of wire\u2062 fraud and faced up to\u200c 20 years in prison. He was sentenced to six years as part of a \u2062plea\u2062 deal but was \u2064released early after serving\u2062 four years\u200b and time\u2062 in solitary confinement. McFarland\u200d was also ordered to pay $26 million to help reimburse people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The entrepreneur announced \u2064his intention to\u200b put on\u2063 a \u2063second Fyre Festival \u2062earlier this \u200dyear. \u200dIn a recent X\u2062 update, McFarland claims the latest ticket drop has \u201csold\u200d out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince 2016\u2062 FYRE has been the most \u200btalked about festival in the world.
