(Photo by HEIKKI SAUKKOMAA\/Lehtikuva\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>OAN\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/tag\/james-meyers\">James Meyers<\/a><\/h2>\n<h3>6:09 PM\u200b \u2013 Tuesday, August 22, 2023<\/h3>\n<p>The judge in former President Donald Trump\u2019s Georgia election interference case \u2064ruled\u2064 that cameras will be allowed in the courtroom for all defendants\u2019 arraignments.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee said on Tuesday that he is granting a request from four <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wheres-fauci\/\" title=\"Where\u2019s Fauci?\">local television stations<\/a> which asked to allow recording inside the\u2062 Georgia courtroom through September 8<sup>th<\/sup>. <\/p>\n<p>The judge\u2019s\u200c decision \u200cfollows Trump\u2019s previous arraignments that took place in two federal courts and a New York state court, which\u200b reportedly have strict policies \u200bregarding cameras inside \u2063the courtroom. <\/p>\n<p>However, in the \u2062Peach State, all Georgia counties and its federal level\u200d courtrooms are allowed to set their own policies \u2064for\u200b proceedings. <\/p>\n<p>Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D-Ga.) is looking to hold all \u2062arraignments \u2062for Trump and the 18 defendants involved\u2062 until September 8<sup>th<\/sup>, but if \u2063it is delayed then \u2062Mcafee\u2019s granted order would expire. <\/p>\n<p>Willis charged Trump and the other defendants last week for their alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. <\/p>\n<p>The 45<sup>th<\/sup> president\u2063 has adamantly denied any wrongdoing in his involvement and has continuously stated that the indictment is politically-motivated. <\/p>\n<p>The DA announced that \u2062all defendants in the\u200c case must surrender by Friday, and Trump, himself, \u2064has agreed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/trump-to-turn-himself-in-on-thursday\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/trump-to-turn-himself-in-on-thursday\/\">turn himself in on Thursday.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The former president has also agreed to a $200,000 bond, which includes\u200b $80,000 for racketeering charges. <\/p>\n<p>Additionally, this could be the first time that Trump \u200ccould be \u2064forced to take \u200da mugshot photograph, after not having to in his previous arraignments.  <\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
