He firmly \u2062believes that\u200b Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorney obstructed justice, and he&#8217;s not afraid to speak out about it.<\/p>\n<p>Patel&#8217;s strong reaction came after reading a recent\u200c Politico article that revealed a letter written by Hunter Biden&#8217;s former attorney, Chris Clark.\u200d In\u2064 the letter, Clark threatened to put President Joe Biden on the stand as a fact witness in the case against his \u2063son, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-federal-prosecutor-disgusted-by-hunter-biden-lawyer-thats-obstruction-of-justice-thats-a-federal-offense\/\" title=\"Ex-Federal Prosecutor appalled by Hunter Biden lawyer: 'Obstruction of justice, a federal crime!'\">involved\u200d alleged tax evasion<\/a> and illegal gun possession crimes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is\u200c outrageous,&#8221; Patel exclaimed. &#8220;Having a sitting president\u200c testify at a criminal trial would be a spectacle and could potentially lead to a \u2062Constitutional crisis.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Clark thought he had successfully negotiated a plea deal for Hunter Biden. The\u2064 deal\u2064 involved pleading guilty to two misdemeanor tax\u200d charges and dropping \u2062the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bail-fund-praised-by-kamala-harris-has-twice-freed-the-same-rioter-he-was-just-charged-again\/\" title=\"Bail Fund Praised By Kamala Harris Has Twice Freed The Same Rioter. He Was Just Charged Again.\">gun possession charge<\/a> \u2064if\u2064 Hunter stayed drug-free for two years. Additionally, the deal would have granted Hunter immunity \u200dfrom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-bidens-plea-deal-wasnt-supposed-to-protect-him-it-was-supposed-to-protect-joe\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's plea deal aimed to safeguard Joe, not himself.\">future prosecution related<\/a> to his overseas business dealings.<\/p>\n<p>However, the \u200dplea deal fell apart in court when the judge questioned its details. I\u2063 am absolutely disgusted by the two-tiered\u200b system of justice that exists,&#8221; he declared.<\/p>\n<p>Patel \u2062went on to explain that if he were a public\u200c defender and tried to obstruct justice by threatening a\u2064 constitutional crisis, he would face serious consequences. He emphasized that leveraging \u2062the power \u2063of the commander in chief&#8217;s seat, as Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorney did, is completely unacceptable.<\/p>\n<p>Patel also pointed \u200bout that the timing of \u200dthe leaked documents is not a coincidence. \u200bHe believes that Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorney leaked them to make\u2063 the DOJ look bad.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Patel\u2062 argued that it would be detrimental for President Biden\u2064 to take the\u200d witness stand for Hunter. The defense would turn into a circus,\u2063 and the potential for Joe Biden to commit perjury would\u200d be catastrophic.<\/p>\n<p>According \u200cto Patel, the only way to challenge the DOJ\u2063 and the FBI is to expose their actions publicly. He commended Chris Clark for doing just that.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if he had ever encountered a defendant&#8217;s attorney threatening him like \u2064Clark did, Patel responded, &#8220;No, because even the worst \u2063defendants \u200dwouldn&#8217;t\u2062 dare \u200cmake such threats. But when the president of the United States is involved, it&#8217;s a whole different story.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Patel concluded by expressing his doubts about salvaging a plea deal \u2062from this situation.
