Harbaugh is set \u200bto\u2063 return for\u200d Michigan&#8217;s Big Ten opener on \u200cSept.\u2063 23 against visiting Rutgers.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;While the ongoing NCAA\u2062 matter\u200d continues\u200d through the NCAA process, today&#8217;s announcement\u200c is our way of addressing mistakes that our department has agreed to in an attempt to further that process,&#8221; athletic director Warde Manuel said in\u200d a statement\u2063 Monday. &#8220;We will continue to support coach Harbaugh, his staff \u2064and our outstanding\u2062 student-athletes.
