Tracy Marie \u200bFiorenza, 41, was arrested Monday morning for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/chicago-area-woman-arrested-on-charges-of-emailing-threats-to-shoot-trump-and-his-son\/\" title=\"Chicago woman arrested for sending threatening emails to shoot Trump and his son.\">transmitting\u200d threats<\/a>\u2062 to kill or injure, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-ag-barr-authorizes-federal-prosecutors-to-pursue-substantial-allegations-of-voting-irregularities-before-2020-election-is-certified\/\" title=\"BREAKING: AG Barr Authorizes Federal Prosecutors to Pursue \"Substantial Allegations\" of Voting Irregularities Before 2020 Election is Certified\">federal prosecutors<\/a> and a criminal\u2064 complaint.<\/p>\n<p>In a disturbing email sent on May 21 to the head of an \u200beducational institution in Palm \u2063Beach, Florida, Ms. Fiorenza boldly stated, &#8220;I will shoot Donald Trump Sr. \u200dAND\u200b Barron Trump straight\u2063 in the face at \u2062any opportunity I get!&#8221; The affidavit \u200caccompanying the complaint provides \u2062further details.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;President Trump&#8217;s primary residence is in\u200b Palm Beach.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This is not the first time Ms. Fiorenza has expressed such\u200b violent intentions. On June 5, she allegedly sent another email, threatening to &#8220;slam a bullet&#8221; into Barron &#8220;with his father IN SELF DEFENSE!&#8221; A U.S. Secret Service agent submitted this information \u200din an affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>The charging documents do not\u2062 disclose the identity of the headmaster\u200c or the \u200dschool where the\u2062 emails were sent. It remains unclear whether Ms. Fiorenza has legal representation at this time.<\/p>\n<p>According to CBS News Chicago, Ms. Fiorenza\u2063 appeared in U.S. District Court \u2063in Chicago on Monday afternoon. \u200bThe judge ruled that she must answer the charges in the district court in Florida and will determine the transfer process during a\u200c hearing\u200c on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>During an interview at the agency&#8217;s \u2062Chicago field office on\u200c June 14, agents presented Ms. Fiorenza with copies\u2064 of the threatening emails.
