police said. &#8220;Detectives are actively working this investigation and following up\u2063 on all leads.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Vazquez is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 103 pounds,\u200b with brownish-red hair and brown eyes.
