Version: 4.0.47--><h2>Former President\u200b Donald\u200b Trump to Pay \u2062Six Figure Bond for\u2062 Release in Georgia<\/h2>\n<p>Former President Donald Trump will be required to pay a $200,000 cash \u200dbond \u200bin order to \u2063be released after\u2063 his arraignment\u200b later\u200c this \u2062week in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Trump was indicted last week on 13 felony counts by Fulton County\u2064 District Attorney Fani Willis and is scheduled to\u2063 appear in court \u2063Friday by noon.<\/p>\n<p>Willis charged Trump with interference in the\u2063 2020 election when he and his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-will-have-to-pay-six-figure-bond-as-part-of-condition-of-release-in-georgia\/\" title=\"Trump must pay a six-figure bond as a condition for release in Georgia.\">legal\u2063 team challenged<\/a> the results.<\/p>\n<p>Eighteen other people were also \u2063targeted in the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>ABC News reported that as part of his bond arrangement, Trump \u201cshall \u2062perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case \u2064or to otherwise obstruct the \u200badministration of justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The court said\u200d he must also make \u201cno direct or indirect threat\u201d toward any witnesses or anyone else who is facing charges.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has likened the investigation and\u2064 indictment against him to a witch hunt and has maintained his innocence.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2064 is charged with racketeering, criminal solicitation, \u2064filing false \u200bdocuments and criminal\u200b conspiracy.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you think Trump \u200bis going to get\u200d a \u2064fair trial in Georgia?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Yes<\/li>\n<li>No<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>His bond on the alleged\u200b violations of the state\u2019s Racketeer Influenced \u200band Corrupt Organizations Act is set\u2063 at \u2062$80,000.<\/p>\n<p>The bond for \u200dthe other \u200c12 charges is $10,000 per \u200bcharge.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>Trump\u2019s bond posted at \u200b$200,000 in Georgia: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/YEeE2jabxH\">pic.twitter.com\/YEeE2jabxH<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 TheBlaze (@theblaze) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/theblaze\/status\/1693715036420583520?\">August \u200d21, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cTrump and\u200d the other defendants charged\u2062 in\u2063 this indictment refused \u2062to accept\u2062 that Trump lost, and they \u200dknowingly and \u2064willfully joined a\u2063 conspiracy to unlawfully change the \u200coutcome of the election in favor\u2063 of Trump,\u201d Willis\u2062 said last Monday after the indictment was announced, \u200bPBS reported.<\/p>\n<p>An earlier version of the \u2063indictment had been posted online earlier on Aug. 14 \u200bbut was quickly deleted.<\/p>\n<p>Former Speaker of the House\u200b Newt Gingrich claimed last\u200c week that Willis was told by someone\u2064 at a high level\u2063 in Washington to hand down\u2062 the indictment amid the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/can-kamala-harris-survive-losing-lots-of-democrats-and-liberal-media-answer-no\/\" title=\"Can Kamala Harris Survive Losing Lots Of Democrats AND Liberal Media? (Answer: No)\">negative press surrounding<\/a> \u2063the appointment of\u2063 David Weiss\u200b as\u2062 special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am told \u2014 this is hearsay \u2014 but I am told by a reliable source \u2064that [last] Friday evening, somebody from Washington\u200c called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/radical-cultural-change-coming-to-america\/\" title=\"Radical Cultural Change Coming to America?\">district attorney<\/a> in\u2063 Atlanta and said,\u2064 \u2018You have \u2062to indict on Monday. We have to cover\u200c up all\u200c of the mistakes we just made with Weiss,\u2019\u201d \u2063Gingrich told\u200b \u201cThe Charlie Kirk Show\u201d after he said he spoke to someone close to the situation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd \u2062 [Willis] said, apparently,\u200c \u2018My jurors \u2063aren\u2019t coming back\u200d \u2019til\u200d Tuesday.\u2019 And they said, \u2018You didn\u2019t hear me.\u200b You have to\u2062 indict on Monday,\u2019\u201d Gingrich alleged.<\/p>\n<p>Wills\u2019 indictment\u2062 is the fourth to target the former president this\u200d year. This could be \u2062the only case in which he\u2063 is fingerprinted and forced to take a mug shot, Fulton County\u200c Sheriff Patrick Labat has indicated.<\/p>\n<p>Trump was indicted by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in April and charged with 34 counts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/are-the-charges-brought-against-the-trump-organizations-cfo-part-of-a-witch-hunt-experts-weigh-in\/\" title=\"Are The Charges Brought Against The Trump Organization\u2019s CFO Part Of A Witch Hunt?
