This \u2063includes any \u200ccommunication on social media. He must only communicate indirectly\u2063 through his lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis launched a 41-count indictment against Trump and 18 co-conspirators\u200b last week. They\u200b are accused of attempting to overturn the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/katie-couric-trump-supporters-need-to-be-deprogrammed-video\/\" title=\"Katie Couric: Trump Supporters Need to Be \u201cDeprogrammed\u201d (VIDEO)\">2020 presidential election results<\/a>. This marks \u2062the fourth \u200bindictment against\u200c Trump, who is seeking a \u2062second\u2064 term in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Trump \u200bhas \u200bconsistently denied any wrongdoing and claims that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-prosecutor-ready-to-go-with-trump-case\/\" title=\"Georgia prosecutor prepared to proceed with Trump case.\">politically motivated forces<\/a> are targeting him in a &#8220;witch hunt&#8221; orchestrated by the Biden administration and Democrat prosecutors \u2062in New York and Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Former Trump attorney John Eastman, also named in the indictment, has reportedly agreed\u2063 to a $100,000 bond order, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/08\/21\/politics\/fulton-county-da-office-negotiations-trump\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The outlet also reported that bail bondsman and co-defendant Scott Hall reached a bond agreement at $10,000. Hall, who \u200cis facing seven charges in the indictment, must report to pre-trial supervision every 30 days and is prohibited from\u2064 communicating \u200cwith the\u200d other co-defendants in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Willis has ordered \u200cTrump\u2063 and the co-defendants to surrender at the Fulton County Jail for processing by noon on August 25. Arraignments for the defendants are proposed for the first week of September, with a trial scheduled for March 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Republican Georgia State Sen. Colton Moore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/georgia-state-lawmaker-calls-for-special-session-examining-fulton-county-das-actions-against-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has requested<\/a> a special session of the state&#8217;s\u200b General Assembly to impeach Willis.<\/p>\n<p>However, Governor Brian Kemp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/gov-brian-kemp-hasnt-received-evidence-state-sen-moore-majority-necessary-willis-impeachment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> Fox News that Sen. Moore\u200c has not provided any evidence to support \u2064his assertion.<\/p>\n<p>Sen. Moore responded, &#8220;Tell Brian\u2062 Kemp and\u2062 his team to\u2064 turn off CNN and open their eyes.\u200d I&#8217;ve done \u200b25\u200b TV, radio, and podcast interviews with one identical message: I need 3\/5\u200b of my colleagues to sign the letter. The people of Georgia want action, not more empty promises from fluff \u2064politicians.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Before agreeing\u2062 to the bond order \u2062and \u200crelease\u200d conditions, Trump took to Truth Social \u2062on Monday to claim that Gov.
