However, both Weiss\u2063 and U.S. Attorney General Merrick \u2063Garland have refuted these allegations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The individuals who have been subpoenaed are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael T. Batdorf &#8211; IRS Director\u2062 of Field Operations<\/li>\n<li>Darrell J. Waldon &#8211; IRS Special Agent in \u200bCharge<\/li>\n<li>Thomas J.
