Some individuals targeted by the\u2063 ATF&#8217;s enforcement actions argue that the Biden administration is being overly hostile and acting in bad faith.<\/p>\n<p>One such case\u2064 involves Russell Fincher, a part-time gun dealer in a small town in\u2062 Oklahoma. Fincher claims that the ATF raided his home with\u200b seven SUVs full of armed \u200cagents after he\u200d had invited them in. \u200dThe agents had previously\u2063 identified traces on some \u200cof his guns\u2064 and found a paperwork error.
