The only person copied on the email was Hunter Biden. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Isn\u2019t that \u200dinteresting? Why would Biden use an\u200c alias to convey this information to his son? And why, if there was \u201can absolute wall\u201d between Hunter\u2019s foreign business schemes and his father\u2019s\u200b duties as \u200cvice president (as Biden has repeatedly claimed), \u2062would he have told his son about a phone call with the Ukrainian president?\u200b Especially \u200csince\u2063 at the time \u2062Hunter\u200b was sitting on the board \u2063of Burisma, the Ukrainian energy firm that had recently been under investigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You know why. The whole country knows why. It\u2019s\u200c the\u2062 same reason Biden \u200bhad coffee and went to dinners with his son\u2019s\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-biden-met-with-hunter-bidens-foreign-business-associates-while-he-was-vice-president-reports\/\" title=\"Joe Biden Met With Hunter Biden\u2019s Foreign Business Associates While He Was Vice President: Reports\">foreign business associates<\/a> when he was vice president. It\u2019s the same reason Hunter would \u2064call his father \u2062and put him on speakerphone \u2062during business meetings. It\u2019s why the Bidens created a network of shell companies to \u2062receive tens of millions in \u200dpayments from oligarchs in \u2064Russia,\u200b Kazakhstan, Ukraine, \u2062Romania, and China.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The reason\u200d is \u2063this: The Bidens are corrupt. And they\u2019re corrupt in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way. As vice president, Joe Biden\u200c was a powerful man. He used that power to do things for wealthy foreign\u200b oligarchs who made him and his family rich. \u200cIt\u2019s not more \u2064complicated than that.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-3d2d397204e0f41ad4871a7b7b8b1c3e fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-3d2d397204e0f41ad4871a7b7b8b1c3e\"><\/div>\n<p>The Bidens didn\u2019t even try very hard to hide it. In fact, that\u200b might\u200b be \u200dthe most revealing aspect of all of this. Consider the timeline here. By the\u200d time Biden took that \u2063phone call with President Poroshenko\u2063 in May 2016, he\u2019d already strongarmed\u2064 the Ukrainian\u200c government into firing the country\u2019s top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who had been\u2062 investigating Burisma.\u200d A few weeks later, Hunter was again copied on an email\u2064 to Biden (again under the alias \u201cRobert Peters\u201d) this time about his father\u2019s schedule for the following day, when he had a meeting with Ukrainian Prime\u200b Minister Volodymyr \u2064Groysman. After that meeting, the White House\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2016\/06\/15\/fact-sheet-us-assistance-ukraine-february-2014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced a new aid package to Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that Biden was President Obama\u2019s point man on Ukraine\u200b policy beginning in the spring of 2014, \u2063shortly after Russia invaded and annexed \u2063Crimea. Months\u200d later, in May of that year, Hunter \u2063took a position on the board of Burisma, which paid him a jaw-dropping $83,000\u200c a month despite \u2062Hunter\u2019s complete lack\u2062 of expertise in the energy sector. (Hunter\u2019s erstwhile business partner\u2064 Devon Archer recently claimed Hunter\u2019s real value-add was the \u201cBiden \u200bbrand,\u201d which is to\u2064 say access to Joe Biden).<\/p>\n<p>What else was happening around this time? On May 26, the same \u200bday Hunter was copied on \u2063the email about the phone call with Poroshenko, Donald Trump\u2062 passed the threshold of delegates required to guarantee \u2063his nomination to \u2063be the Republican Party\u2019s presidential nominee. It had been pretty clear \u200bat least since mid-April that Trump would likely win \u2062the GOP\u2063 primary, but by the \u2064end of\u200c May, it was all but guaranteed. <\/p>\n<p><strong>It\u2019s not too much of a stretch to think the Bidens \u200bprobably assumed \u2014 as most of\u2062 Washington assumed \u2014 \u200cthat Trump had almost no\u200c chance\u200d of winning the\u2062 general election against\u2062 Hillary Clinton that November. And with Clinton \u200cin \u200dthe White House, Joe Biden wouldn\u2019t have\u2064 to worry about anyone asking questions\u200c about his involvement in\u200c Shokin\u2019s firing or his connections \u2063to Hunter\u2019s foreign\u2064 business deals, as Trump eventually \u2063did. He wouldn\u2019t have to worry about GOP investigations into his use of pseudonyms and his family\u2019s complex\u2063 network of shell companies and payments from \u200dforeign oligarchs. His blatant influence-peddling, in other words, would receive zero scrutiny from a Clinton administration. (The \u2064Clintons, after all, perfected influence-peddling through their \u2064Clinton Global\u2063 Initiative.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-5fbd1f8871880201ce2eb3afbf866f0b fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-5fbd1f8871880201ce2eb3afbf866f0b\"><\/div>\n<p>Maybe that\u2019s why \u2062Biden didn\u2019t try all that hard to hide what he was doing. He simply never thought he\u2019d get caught because he never expected Republicans\u2064 would \u200dtake power \u2014 and likely never imagined that, as \u200da result of Trump\u2019s victory, he \u200bhimself would be running for president \u2063in 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hubris, in other words, made Biden\u2063 sloppy in his grift. And now that Republicans are looking into\u200b it, \u2062evidence of that grift abounds. So far from an \u201cabsolute wall\u201d between Hunter\u2019s business \u2063deals and Joe\u2019s duties as\u200d VP,\u2064 it appears as though the former was entirely\u2063 dependent on the latter.\u2063 Hunter\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/everyone-knows-why-joe-biden-used-a-pseudonym-corruption\/\" title=\"Joe Biden's Pseudonym: Corruption Exposed\">entire business consisted<\/a> in providing access to his father,\u2063 who influenced policy\u200d in exchange for gobs of money.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The corporate media can keep pretending there\u2019s \u201cno evidence\u201d linking\u2063 Hunter\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/issa-congress-must-probe-big-tech-media-collusion-in-shutting-down-hunter-biden-story-before-election\/\" title=\"Issa: Congress Must Probe Big Tech, Media Collusion in Shutting Down Hunter Biden Story Before Election\">overseas business deals<\/a> to his father, \u200cand unless the president comes out and declares that he took bribes, the press is sticking with\u2063 its \u200cridiculous story.
