Mayor: Congress must open a probe into security failures at U.S. Capitol\">federal law enforcement<\/a>, even \u2063when there was no individualized nexus\u2064 to \u2064criminal conduct.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the \u200c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jim-jordan-subpoenas-citibank-for-alleged-back-channel-sharing-of-customer-data-with-fbi-in-jan-6-probe\/\" title=\"Jim Jordan subpoenas Citibank over alleged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bank-of-america-secretly-flagged-purchase-history-of-customers-and-sent-the-data-to-feds-after-capitol-riot\/\" title=\"Bank of America Secretly Flagged Purchase History of Customers and Sent the Data to Feds After Capitol Riot\">customer data<\/a> sharing with FBI in Jan. 6 probe.&#8221;>alleged data sharing involves transactions made<\/a> in the \u2062Washington, D.C., area around the time of the January 6\u200b Capitol incursion.<\/p>\n<p>According\u2064 to Jordan, Bank\u2062 of America voluntarily provided\u2063 the FBI with a list of individuals who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nancy-pelosis-jan-6-committee-is-following-the-same-pattern-as-the-evil-john-doe-investigation\/\" title=\"Nancy Pelosi\u2019s Jan. 6 Committee Is Following The Same Pattern As The Evil John Doe Investigation\">made transactions<\/a> in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area using a Bank of America credit or debit\u200d card\u2062 between January \u200d5 and January \u20627, 2021.\u200d Individuals with firearms purchases \u200con their bank records were given priority on that \u2063list, regardless of\u2062 the time or place of \u200bthe purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Documents obtained \u200dby\u2062 the committee also\u2063 suggest that the FBI provided Bank of America with specific search query terms to identify \u2062customers who had made firearm purchases or\u200c had purchased hotel, Airbnb, or airline travel within \u2063a certain\u2064 date range.<\/p>\n<p>This data could potentially\u2063 have been\u2063 used to track the travel\u2063 of individuals suspected of rioting at the Capitol, as reported by \u2062The \u200cHill.<\/p>\n<p>Citibank is \u200dthe only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pics-greta-thunberg-joins-london-protest-tells-banks-to-stop-funding-our-destruction\/\" title=\"PICS: Greta Thunberg Joins London Protest, Tells Banks to 'Stop Funding Our Destruction'\">major financial institution<\/a> that\u200b has chosen not to comply with the\u200d Judiciary Committee&#8217;s \u2063investigation.
