Instead, he will engage in \u200ba one-on-one interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIn\u2063 the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/france-reports-sharp-decrease-in-new-daily-covid-cases-before-vaccine-roll-out\/\" title=\"France reports sharp decrease in new daily COVID cases before vaccine roll out\">past 24 hours<\/a>, Mr. Trump has\u2063 told people close to him that he has made up his mind and will skip \u2062the debate in Milwaukee, according to \u2062two\u2063 of the\u200c people briefed on the matter,\u201d the \u2063Times reported.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Last month, Trump\u2063 hinted at this alternative plan on Truth Social, stating that \u2062the proposal for a Carlson \u200binterview as counterprogramming to the GOP debate was interesting and had\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-to-snub-gop-debate-have-alternate-program-with-tucker-carlson-instead-report\/\" title=\"Donald Trump to skip GOP debate, opts for alternative program with Tucker Carlson - Report\">received numerous suggestions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cMany people\u200c are asking whether or \u200dnot I will be doing the DEBATES?\u201d Trump said. \u201cALL AMERICANS have been clamoring for a President of extremely High Intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs\u2062 everyone is aware, my Poll numbers, over a \u2018wonderful\u2019 field of Republican candidates, are extraordinary.
