For five years, the investigation has gone nowhere other than to protect Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Where is the lie?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And somehow, it only gets worse,\u200b not only has Garland let the fox run the henhouse\u2062 in\u2064 choosing Weiss, \u200dthe\u200c ongoing nature of the investigation is clearly a tool that will be\u2063 used to stonewall congressional investigations.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>House \u200cOversight Committee \u2062Investigation<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rep. James Comer\u2019s House Oversight Committee\u200d investigation, in a mere \u2063seven months, has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-hunter-biden-special-counsel-is-a-joke-but-joe-is-still-in-big-trouble\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Special Counsel: A Farce, Yet Joe Faces Major Consequences.\">produced whistleblowers alleging special treatment<\/a>, Hunter associate Devon Archer \u200bconfirming \u200cthat influence was being sold, and\u2062 a cavalcade of bank\u200d records \u2063to the\u200c tune of $20 million foreign bucks in Biden bank accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Both \u200cGarland and Weiss were set to testify before Congress in the fall to address the whistleblower allegations, but now the stage is set for these so-called Justice \u2064officials to gravely shake their heads and intone, \u201cI cannot\u200d comment on an\u2062 active investigation.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It\u2019s not\u200b good enough, and it also contradicts claims from Garland that Weiss \u200chad total charging authority,\u200b in any jurisdiction, if that was\u200d the case, then why would\u2064 Weiss \u2063ask \u2062to be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-new-top-national-security-lawyer-deletes-tweets-has-history-of-pushing-conspiracy-theories\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s New Top National Security Lawyer Deletes Tweets, Has History Of Pushing Conspiracy Theories\">made special counsel<\/a>? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Why\u2064 would he ask for authority he supposedly already had, why does he need it in writing \u2063now, instead \u200bof just from the lips \u200cof Merrick Garland?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are starting to get the sense that this whole investigation stinks to high\u2063 heaven then that is precisely because it does,\u2062 and the coverup would have worked too, if it wasn\u2019t \u2062for those pesky whistleblowers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Congressional Democrats did\u2064 all\u200d they could to demonize the brave men who stepped forward \u2063to \u200dtestify, under penalty of\u200d perjury, \u200babout how the\u200c DOJ was \u2062protecting Hunter\u2062 and Joe Biden,\u200c clearly they \u2062deserve an apology \u2014 equally clearly, they won\u2019t get one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This scandal and the shambolic probe into it\u200b are fast growing into \u2063one of the darkest clouds to\u200b ever hang \u200cover a president of the \u200cUnited States, but if there\u2019s a silver lining to it, it is that\u200c congressional Republicans have no intention\u2063 of \u2063letting up.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Uncovering the Truth<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Already today, based solely\u2063 on\u2064 what the committee\u2063 has uncovered so far, we know \u2064that Hunter \u2063Biden was selling access \u200dand \u200binfluence, this isn\u2019t in dispute anymore, even Biden sycophant Rep. Dan Goldman \u2062says the \u201cillusion of influence\u201d was up for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Already we know that Joe Biden was actively involved in the influence\u200b peddling \u200bscheme with his phone\u2064 calls and dinners with Hunter\u2019s crooked crowd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Either Joe was a willing participant or a dupe having his chain yanked by \u200chis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/aliens-have-visited-america-and-this-is-what-they-saw\/\" title=\"Aliens spotted in America, here's what they witnessed.\">drug addict son<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pressure is mounting for \u200bHouse Speaker Kevin \u2063McCarthy to announce an impeachment inquiry, \u200band this latest move by the DOJ to continue smothering the scandal will only bring\u2062 that pressure to\u200b a bursting point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Even without cooperation from a Justice Department that has \u2063dragged its feet on every \u2063document \u2064the committee wants to see an ocean\u200b of \u2062damming material has been unearthed, that\u2062 isn\u2019t going to stop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What a difference a month makes, Joe Biden \u2062and his family brand \u2063were\u200c minutes away from\u200b getting away with\u200d it all, more or less scot-free in that Delaware courthouse, now they are reaping the whirlwind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How long before Democrats start\u2063 falling\u200b out of\u2063 line, how long before they \u200bgrow \u200ca spine, say enough \u2063is enough and demand that their\u2064 party\u2019s leader explain his behavior, behavior which\u2064 even the Washington Post editorial board now says was \u201cnot spotless\u201d?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Just when the president thought he was out of all this, they sucked him back in, and a sandbagging Department \u200dof Justice isn\u2019t getting him off\u200d the hook this\u2063 time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Congress and the American people will not go gentle into Merrick Garland\u2019s\u200b dark night\u2064 of endless investigation, the truth is coming to light, and there is nothing Joe Biden can do to stop it.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Justice&#8217;s ongoing cover-up of the Biden Brand scandal is forcing them to start over.
