Colton Moore<\/strong> sent \u2062a letter \u2064on Thursday asking Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp to convene a special session of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-rules-ca-gov-overstepped-his-authority-with-covid-order-issues-permanent-injunction-restraining-newsom-from-further-issuing-unconstitutional-orders\/\" title=\"Judge Rules CA Gov Overstepped His Authority with Covid Order, Issues Permanent Injunction Restraining Newsom From Further Issuing Unconstitutional Orders\">state legislature<\/a> to probe\u200c Fulton County District Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/09\/georgia-prosecutor-targeting-trump-bases-court-filing-on-fake-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fani Willis<\/a>&#8216;\u200d recent indictment of Donald \u2063Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a Georgia State \u200dSenator, I am officially \u2063calling \u200cfor an\u200d emergency session \u200dto review the actions of Fani Willis,\u201d Moore <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realColtonMoore\/status\/1692175623391957219?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote<\/a> on \u200bX, the platform\u2063 formerly known as Twitter. \u201cAmerica is under attack. I\u2019m not going to\u2062 sit back and watch as radical\u200c left prosecutors politically TARGET \u2063political opponents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In \u2063his Thursday\u2062 letter, \u2062Moore asserted he\u2064 and Georgia legislators believe \u2064\u201can \u200cemergency exists in the affairs \u200bof the state\u201d that \u201crequir[es] a special session to be convened\u201d and\u200d requested Kemp convene a special session of the\u200c state legislature to \u201creview \u2026 the\u2064 actions of Fani Willis.\u201d The Georgia senator \u2063also launched \u200can <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/coltonmoore.com\/investigatewillis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">online petition<\/a> where individuals can show their support for such an investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Moore\u2019s demand \u200ccomes days following Willis\u2019 announcement that Trump and 18 of\u2064 his associates would be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/documents\/1ccdf52e-1ba2-434c-93f8-2a7020293967.pdf?itid=lk_inline_manual_5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">charged<\/a> for what\u200d she claims was \u200ban\u2063 attempt to \u201cconspire[] and endeavor[] to conduct and participate in criminal\u200c enterprise\u201d to overturn the results of \u2063the 2020 election. A further\u200d review of\u2064 Willis\u2019 indictment, however, reveals just how ludicrous and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-kyle-rittenhouse-finally-released-on-2-million-cash-bond\/\" title=\"BREAKING: Kyle Rittenhouse FINALLY Released on  Million Cash Bond\">politically motivated<\/a> many of\u200b the charges are.<\/p>\n<p>In an\u200c apparent attempt \u200dto <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/15\/fulton-countys-bogus-trump-indictment-is-democrats-latest-attempt-to-criminalize-free-speech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/finnish-court-rebukes-state-prosecution-of-christians-for-saying-god-made-men-and-women-different\/\" title=\"Finnish Court Rebukes State Prosecution Of Christians For Saying God Made Men And Women Different\">criminalize free speech<\/a><\/a>, Willis lists numerous \u201cacts\u201d her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-senator-pushes-gov-kemp-to-convene-legislature-to-probe-fulton-countys-get-trump-witch-hunt\/\" title=\"GA Senator urges Gov. Kemp to convene legislature for Fulton County's investigation into Trump.\">office claims contribute<\/a> to this so-called \u201cconspiracy\u201d to overturn the 2020 election\u2063 results. In one example, Willis <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/15\/how-stupid-is-the-georgia-anti-trump-case-they-indicted-trump-for-tweeting-at-people-to-watch-tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> a Nov. 7, 2020, text Mark Meadows sent to Rep.
