Those numbers have changed little\u2063 in the last year and\u200d a half,\u2063 the AP <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/biden-economy-poll-trump-2024-c3fc17ffe3e1a9c865e2f9627ef4bea4\">reported<\/a>. Two months ago, when Biden first outlined his &#8220;Bidenomics&#8221; vision, 34\u2062 percent of voters said they \u200bapprove of his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/supreme-courtroom-pressed-to-use-up-harvard-affirmative-action-case\/\" title=\"Supreme Courtroom Pressed to USE UP Harvard Affirmative Action Case\">economic record<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Another poll <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/latest-news\/cnn-poll-as-biden-brags-about-economy-half-of-americans-say-its-getting-worse\/\">conducted<\/a> \u200bin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/no-spike-in-florida-coronavirus-cases-despite-no-mask-mandate\/\" title=\"No Spike in Florida Coronavirus Cases Despite No Mask Mandate\">recent weeks<\/a> by\u2063 CNN found\u200d that half \u200dof all voters believe the economy is going to get worse.<\/p>\n<p>Fifty-one percent of voters believe the economy is in a downturn \u2064and\u2064 will \u200bget \u2064worse, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/08\/03\/politics\/cnn-poll-economic-pessimism-joe-biden\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to the poll. Just 20 percent say \u200cthe economy is \u200cimproving, \u2064and 28 percent say it has stabilized.<\/p>\n<p>The same poll found that voters trust congressional Republicans more than Biden to handle the important issues of the day, 54 percent to \u200b45\u200d percent.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidenomics-fails-no-change-in-americans-disapproval-of-biden-economic-policy-poll-finds\/\" title=\"Poll: Americans' Disapproval of Biden's Economic Policy Remains Unchanged\">continued poor\u200b polling<\/a> on the economy comes despite \u200dBiden&#8217;s frequent messaging on his policies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Today, the U.S. has had the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-biden-attempts-to-quell-fears-over-inflation\/\" title=\"Joe Biden attempts to quell fears over inflation\">highest economic growth<\/a>\u200c among the world&#8217;s leading economies since the pandemic,&#8221; Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/chicago.suntimes.com\/politics\/2023\/6\/28\/23777142\/biden-chicago-speech-economy-jobs-recession-bidenomics-reelection-campaign-old-post-office\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> during a June speech on his economic policies. &#8220;We&#8217;ve added over 13 million jobs, more jobs\u2064 in\u200b two years than any president has added in a\u2062 four-year term.\u200b And,\u200b folks,\u2063 that&#8217;s no accident. That&#8217;s Bidenomics in action.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Biden said &#8220;Bidenomics,&#8221; which he hopes will resonate with voters ahead of his reelection bid next year, is about\u2063 building &#8220;the economy from the middle out and the bottom up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The White House released a\u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2023\/06\/28\/bidenomics-is-working-the-presidents-plan-grows-the-economy-from-the-middle-out-and-bottom-up-not-the-top-down\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fact sheet<\/a> after the speech that said \u200d&#8221;Bidenomics&#8221; is &#8220;already delivering for the American people.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Fifty-five\u200d percent of experts still <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/us\/with-gallic-shrug-fed-bids-adieu-recession-that-wasnt-2023-08-16\/\">expect<\/a> the United States will undergo a recession, \u2062and officials in a recent Federal Reserve meeting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/us\/fed-policymakers-divided-july-over-need-more-rate-hikes-minutes-show-2023-08-16\/\">said<\/a> there are &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-reserve-sees-us-slowdown-as-economy-faces-upside-risks-to-inflation-fomc-minutes\/\" title=\"Fed sees US slowdown, economy faces inflation risks: FOMC minutes.\">significant upside risks<\/a> to inflation,&#8221; which lessens hopes that\u200c interest rates\u2062 will come \u200cdown in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. gas prices\u2062 are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/08\/14\/investing\/gas-prices-going-up\/index.html\">at<\/a> their highest in the last 10 months.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Despite President Biden&#8217;s efforts to promote his economic policies, polling reveals that Americans remain unchanged in their views.
