Comer recently sent a letter to the National Archives and Records Administration, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-investigation-comer-requests-unredacted-emails-and-documents-from-national-archives\/\" title=\"Comer seeks complete Hunter Biden emails, docs from National Archives.\">requesting unrestricted special access<\/a> to unredacted emails and documents from Joe Biden&#8217;s time as \u200dvice president.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, \u200dComer is seeking the release of emails related to\u2062 Hunter Biden and\u200c Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company where the president&#8217;s son served\u200b on the board. These emails were previously released by the agency earlier\u2062 this year but were\u200b heavily redacted, providing little context.<\/p>\n<h3>Uncovering the\u200d Truth<\/h3>\n<p>Comer&#8217;s \u2063request\u2062 focuses \u200bon the unredacted version of all emails released under &#8220;Case Number 2023-0022-F,&#8221; titled &#8220;Email Messages To\u2063 and\/or From Vice President Biden\u200c and\u200b Hunter Biden related to Burisma and Ukraine.&#8221; The committee is particularly interested\u2062 in \u200can email from May 26, 2016, \u2064with the subject line &#8220;Friday Schedule \u2064Card.&#8221; This \u200demail references \u2064a phone call between then-Vice President Biden and President\u2062 Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Of \u2062particular concern to the committee is the fact \u2064that the email was sent to &#8220;Robert \u200dL. Peters,&#8221; a pseudonym\u200d that then-Vice President \u200cBiden allegedly used when sending emails. Hunter Biden was also copied on this email, raising further questions.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Oversight\u2062 Committee \u200dis requesting\u200d any \u2062documents or communications in \u2063which pseudonyms for then-Vice \u200bPresident Biden were used. It has been reported that Biden\u200b occasionally \u200dused the names &#8220;Robert L.\u2062 Peters,&#8221; &#8220;Robin Ware,&#8221; and &#8220;JRB \u2063Ware&#8221; for both official \u200dand personal business.<\/p>\n<p>Comer is also\u200c seeking \u200bdrafts \u200bof a speech\u2063 delivered by\u2062 then-Vice President Biden \u2063to the Ukrainian Rada on Dec. 8, \u20642015. The speech focused on corruption in Ukraine and the need for reform within the Office of the General Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<h3>Shining a Light\u200d on Corruption<\/h3>\n<p>Comer&#8217;s investigation aims to shed light on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republicans-grill-fed-nominee-over-alleged-influence-peddling\/\" title=\"Republicans Grill Fed Nominee Over Alleged Influence Peddling\">alleged influence peddling<\/a> and corruption within the \u200bBiden family.\u200d He points\u2064 to evidence \u200cof then-Vice President Biden&#8217;s interactions with his son&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-biden-met-with-hunter-bidens-foreign-business-associates-while-he-was-vice-president-reports\/\" title=\"Joe Biden Met With Hunter Biden\u2019s Foreign Business Associates While He Was Vice President: Reports\">foreign business associates<\/a>, as well as instances where Hunter Biden\u200d and his associates were informed of the\u2062 vice president&#8217;s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest.<\/p>\n<p>In \u200dhis statement, Comer emphasizes\u200c the importance of obtaining these unredacted records to further the investigation into the Biden family&#8217;s alleged corruption.
