The investigation into the cause of the \u200dwildfires will be conducted\u2064 by state\u200c officials.<\/p>\n<p>FEMA \u2063has already provided significant\u200d assistance, including shelter, meals, supplies, \u200cand over $2.3 million in financial aid to \u200bmore than 1,000 registrants. Those \u2063in need \u2062can \u2064register online at DisasterAssistance.gov or by calling 1-800-621-3362.<\/p>\n<p>Despite these efforts, some\u2063 have\u200d criticized the \u200c$700-per-household payments as insufficient compared to the aid provided to Ukraine.
