She shortly after hung \u200dherself.<\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u2064 Haynes was\u200c paroled on Aug. 10, two years before his \u2063scheduled release\u2063 date, for sexually assaulting his 14-year-old stepdaughter. Haynes was 53 at the\u200b time he committed the assaults.<\/p>\n<p>He was sentenced to seven years in prison for the assaults.<\/p>\n<p>In \u2062a confession to prosecutors and later a court hearing where \u2063he pled guilty, Haynes \u200dsaid he repeatedly sodomized and \u200braped his stepdaughter, Mikala&#8217;s older half-sister, and forced her to\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/detailing-the-22-sexual-misconduct-allegations-against-nfl-quarterback-deshaun-watson\/\" title=\"Detailing The 22 Sexual Misconduct Allegations Against NFL Quarterback Deshaun Watson\">perform oral sex<\/a> on him.<\/p>\n<p>When a \u200bjudge asked him \u2063if he &#8220;had deviate sexual intercourse&#8221; with the child, \u2064Haynes replied yes.<\/p>\n<p>According to Evita Tolu, \u2062the girl&#8217;s attorney, there was also substantial evidence collected against Haynes \u2063including traces of his semen, recovered from his 12-year-old stepdaughter&#8217;s mouth. A mixture of her seamen and the girls&#8217; DNA \u2064were also recovered from places where the girl said she took him to rape her.<\/p>\n<p>Haynes attorney\u2064 Ramona Gau did not respond to repeated inquiries from The Epoch Times. She is the latest in \u2062a string of attorneys who have represented Haynes.<\/p>\n<p>Tolu, who represents all three of Hayne&#8217;s\u2064 daughters and his ex-wife, told The\u200b Epoch Times \u2062that &#8220;it should be an \u200cabsolute outrage&#8221; to \u200dthe\u200b entire world that\u200b an \u200babuser like Haynes who committed the most vile act imaginable and against his own little girls,\u2064 has already been\u2062 freed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have a growing \u200ccourt system that seems to award child molesters,&#8221; she \u200dsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Haynes&#8217; stepdaughter, Melissa Hogg, told\u2062 The\u200b Epoch Times she is terrified for herself and\u200b her little sister, whom \u200dHaynes said\u200b he would seek custody of when released from prison.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know how the \u2062system does\u200b not see how dangerous it is,&#8221; said Miss\u2064 Hogg.<\/p>\n<p>In a\u200d series of jailhouse phone recordings, which were released to The Epoch Times, Mr. Haynes can be repeatedly talking about a cache of guns he has hidden at a \u200dfriend&#8217;s house that he plans to\u200b retrieve after being \u200cjailed.<\/p>\n<p>Under state\u2064 law, parolees are\u2064 not allowed to possess guns.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to them as\u2064 &#8220;Christmas presents,&#8221; Mr. Haynes tells relatives and the friend keeping them to make sure they are \u200csafely hidden away. The friend in one of\u200b the audios assures Haynes they are locked up in a wall safe in the master bedroom of his home.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ll\u2063 never go to the court system \u200cagain. I guarantee you that. The \u200cold way always works better\u200c than\u2063 this. I&#8217;ll guarantee\u2063 you that,&#8221; Haynes said in one of the recordings.<\/p>\n<p>He \u2063also \u2063brags about being treated exceptionally\u200d well\u2063 by jail officials and says that Tolu has \u200d&#8221;stepped on the toes of the good old boy network.&#8221; He refers to Tolu, who is Lithuanian, as a Russian communist.<\/p>\n<p>When Miss Hogg turned the recordings of Haynes to the Ripley County Sheriff&#8217;s Department in hopes they would cite\u2064 him for violating \u200bhis parole condition, they told her, in a taped phone call that was provided to The\u200b Epoch Times, that they \u2063needed probable cause to act on his comments about the guns.<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure style=\"width:600px\" class=\"alignnone\"><figcaption>Melissa Hogg filed a civil lawsuit against her stepfather,\u200d who \u2062was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tom-cotton-slams-gops-misguided-support-for-criminal-justice-reform-calls-to-remove-all-soros-backed-prosecutors\/\" title=\"Tom Cotton Slams GOP\u2019s \u2018Misguided\u2019 Support For Criminal Justice Reform, Calls To Remove All Soros-Backed Prosecutors\">granted early release<\/a> from\u200d prison\u200c despite his confession he \u200brepeatedly raped Hogg when\u2064 she was just 14. (Courtesy of Melissa Hogg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Miss \u2064Hogg also sent the audio along with an emotional email to the department and several other agencies, including the district attorney&#8217;s office, \u200dpleading for help.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can&#8217;t imagine how he can get away with \u2062stealing over \u200b100 firearms as a felon and making plans to retrieve them FROM PRISON,&#8221; wrote Miss Hoggs.<\/p>\n<p>The Sheriff&#8217;s department, including Sheriff Michael Barton and county attorney Mathew Michel, did not respond to repeated inquiries from The\u200c Epoch Times about \u200cthe Haynes case.<\/p>\n<p>In an\u2062 emailed response to inquiries from The Epoch Times, Steven D. Mueller, Board Operations Manager of the\u200b Missouri Parole Board, said that\u2062 the board is mandated to grant Haynes a conditional \u2064early release and cited the law that \u2064shows that. Under the part he highlighted is an outline of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/saudi-court-jails-womens-rights-activist-posing-challenge-for-biden\/\" title=\"Saudi court jails women\u2019s rights activist, posing challenge for Biden\">conditional release<\/a> terms\u2062 based on\u200d the original prison terms..<\/p>\n<p>However, language in the same law cited by Mr. Mueller stipulates that the &#8220;date of conditional release from the prison term may be extended up \u2064to a maximum of te entire sentence\u2062 of imprisonment by the parole board.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It also cites dangerous felony convictions as an exception to Missouri&#8217;s condition\u2063 release laws. Those dangerous felony \u2063convictions include a range of several sexual assault convictions, from \u2063first-degree rape to forcible sodomy.<\/p>\n<p>While Mr. \u2062Haynes admitted to raping\u2062 his daughter, he received a lighter conviction of statutory sodomy in the second degree for pleading guilty. Second-degree statutory sodomy is \u200bnot specified under the state&#8217;s definition of dangerous felonies.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Haynes was not convicted of a dangerous\u2062 felony,&#8221; said Mueller.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mueller refused to explain or provide a copy of the board&#8217;s\u2063 decision to grant Haynes conditional early release saying they were &#8220;considered closed records.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Miss Hogg, who told The\u2062 Epoch Times she went into \u200dhiding after learning of Haynes&#8217;s release, has filed a civil lawsuit against her stepfather,\u200d seeking justice for \u200cthe heinous crimes he committed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Missouri man, Charles Haynes, who sought custody of his 13-year-old daughter after admitting to sexually assaulting another daughter at 14, has been released early from prison after serving just five years.
