On June 28, \u2062the missing bolt\u2063 and the loose bolt, caused by a missing pin, were supposed to be removed\u200c and reinstalled.<\/p>\n<p>Remarkably, \u200cthe helicopter \u2064had flown \u200dfor approximately 15 hours before the pilot returned it to Sumter for further maintenance on the day of the crash.<\/p>\n<p>The\u200c pilot, Lieutenant Scott Martray of \u200bthe Charleston\u200b County\u2063 Sheriff&#8217;s \u2064Office, \u200dhas \u2062been a dedicated \u2062member of the agency since 2006 and serves as its chief\u2064 pilot.
