This comes after an emergency order by the U.S. Supreme Court \u200din April preserved the access. <\/p>\n<p>The newest decision will not take effect until the Supreme Court reviews it, which\u200c will happen between October to June. <\/p>\n<p>The new ruling follows a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/video\/oan-contribution\/democrats-furious-over-mifepristone-ruling\/\"> lawsuit <\/a>brought by four groups and four doctors who sued in November of last year. They claimed that\u200c the\u2064 abortion pill\u2063 is dangerous for pregnant women. They also argued \u200bthe FDA did not use the proper \u2063protocols \u2064when they approved the use of mifepristone in 2000. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, \u2063almost half of all conducted abortions across the U.S. are being done by the abortion drug. <\/p>\n<p>However, since the overturning of Roe v.
