Dianne Feinstein\u200d of California, made a shocking claim that her mother is a victim of\u2064 elder \u2064abuse.<\/p>\n<p>Katherine alleges that the co-trustees \u2064of a trust associated with\u2064 the late Richard Blum, the senator&#8217;s husband, have failed to fund a trust\u2062 created\u200c by him. Richard\u2063 Blum, a wealthy businessman, passed away last February, leaving behind an estimated \u2064$1 \u2064billion.<\/p>\n<p>According to SF Gate, Katherine, who recently\u200d surrendered a partial power of attorney to her mother, went to court on\u2062 Aug. 8 to accuse Michael Klein, \u200bMarc Scholvinck, and Verett Mims of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senator-feinstein-sues-trustees-in-husbands-estate-citing-financial-elder-abuse\/\" title=\"Senator Feinstein files lawsuit against trustees in husband's estate, alleging financial elder abuse.\">financial elder abuse<\/a>. She \u2063claims that they have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dianne-feinsteins-daughter-says-her-mom-is-victim-of-elder-abuse-report\/\" title=\"Dianne Feinstein's daughter claims her mom is an elder abuse victim, per report.\">purposely \u200dwithheld regular payments<\/a> from the fund, hoping that\u200b most of it will \u2062eventually go to Blum&#8217;s children.<\/p>\n<p>Katherine \u2064Feinstein \u200bhas asked the \u200dcourt to suspend Klein, Scholvinck, \u2062and Mims from managing\u2063 the account. However, an attorney for\u200c Klein and Scholvinck disputes these allegations, stating that the trustees have acted ethically and appropriately at all times.<\/p>\n<p>These allegations of elder abuse come at a\u200d time when \u200cSen. Feinstein \u200dis facing calls to step down \u200dfrom\u200b her \u200cseat due to concerns about \u2063her health and ability to represent her \u200bconstituents. Despite being the country&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/last-watergate-baby-sen-leahy-81-likely-seeking-9th-term\/\" title=\"Last 'Watergate Baby' Sen. Alexandria\u200b Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Ro Khanna, have\u200d called on Feinstein\u200b to\u2062 retire immediately, citing \u200bher age and health as reasons for her to step down.<\/p>\n<p>It remains to be seen how this elder abuse allegation will impact Sen.
