The 41-count indictment, which names 19 defendants and\u2062 charges Trump with felony racketeering and numerous conspiracy \u200dcharges, \u200bis expected to carry out\u2062 a \u200ccase\u2062 unlike any other of the \u2063former president&#8217;s legal \u200cbattles.<\/p>\n<h3>Three things the Georgia indictment reveals about former\u200b President&#8217;s \u200cfuture<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Expect \u2064a mugshot<\/strong><\/li>\n<blockquote>\n<p>In\u200c stark \u2064contrast to Trump&#8217;s first \u200dthree indictments, the public might\u200d see a mugshot \u2062of the former commander in chief. The Georgia Supreme Court ruled\u200d in 2018 in favor \u200cof the use of electric devices to provide more transparency, saying, \u201cOpen\u2063 courtrooms are an indispensable element of an effective and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-indictment-how-former-presidents-georgia-arraignment-could-differ-from-prior-cases\/\" title=\"Differences in Donald Trump's Georgia arraignment from previous cases.\">respected judicial\u2063 system<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Unlike Trump\u2019s other three cases, the public may\u2062 be able \u2063to \u200cwatch the GOP \u2062presidential front-runner\u2019s battle play out in Georgia. Recording will not be allowed during the trial in Manhattan because\u2063 New\u200c York typically prevents state courtrooms\u2064 from camera \u2062usage\u2064 without\u2063 special \u200bpermission. Electronic media coverage is prohibited in federal courts, where Trump&#8217;s two other trials will be \u2062carried out in Washington, D.C., and\u2063 Miami.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<li><strong>Arrested and\u200c booked \u2062in jail<\/strong><\/li>\n<blockquote>\n<p>While the \u2063Fulton \u200bCounty sheriff&#8217;s officials have not laid out any specific details, \u2063they&#8217;ve implied \u200dTrump will not be receiving any \u200dspecial treatment in his arrest and booking.<\/p>\n<p>The sheriff&#8217;s office said on\u2064 Tuesday that \u2062the former president\u200b and his 18 co-defendants \u200dwould be booked at \u2062the\u2062 Fulton County jail, northwest of downtown Atlanta, following their surrender, according to reports. All the named \u200ddefendants have until\u2063 Aug. 25 to\u2064 voluntarily \u2062surrender, according to the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>In his first arraignment, Trump was escorted\u200b through\u2063 a Manhattan\u2062 courthouse, where he was\u2063 booked and had his fingerprints taken, which must be done in person\u200c under New York law. In Florida,\u200c Trump\u2019s fingerprints\u200c were taken, and he completed the booking process before entering the courtroom.
