Currently, private sellers can post guns \u2064for sale, but\u2062 all sales must comply \u200dwith applicable laws, including the involvement of an FFL holder in firearm shipping.<\/p>\n<p>The BSCA, hailed as &#8220;the most significant\u2063 gun\u200d safety legislation in 30\u200c years,&#8221; redefined the definition of\u2063 a gun dealer, focusing solely on profit-seeking rather than livelihood. However, the exact boundaries of this change\u200c remain unclear.<\/p>\n<p>According to The New York Times, gun control \u2064activists propose classifying anyone who \u2064sells five or\u200d fewer guns per year as a gun dealer.
