It means \u200bnothing, it&#8217;s the prosecutor who indicted him, the best evidence of that it \u2063was on the website before the grand jury even \u200bvoted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Reuters was the first to report that the Georgia\u200d court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/georgia-posts-then-removes-racketeering-other-charges-against-trump-5464291\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted, then removed<\/a>, two pages listing several counts against President\u200b Trump while \u2064the grand jury was still hearing witnesses regarding \u200cthe challenge to 2020 election results. He argues that these prosecutors are not as concerned about the convictions being reversed on \u2062appeal because that would \u200dhappen\u200d after the election, leading to claims of election interference\u200c by GOP supporters.<\/p>\n<p>Dershowitz emphasizes the importance of \u2063having a strong \u2064case when bringing charges against a political rival\u200d of the incumbent president. He criticizes the Department of Justice for its loose adherence to the law in these cases, stating, &#8220;Otherwise it becomes a\u200b banana republic. He points out that Gore also challenged the election results and called for \u200ba recount in Florida, which was similar to Trump&#8217;s strategy.
