Trump is facing a total of 40 criminal charges, including possession of information\u2062 regarding defense and weapons capabilities \u200bof both \u2062the United States and foreign countries, as \u2062well as U.S. nuclear programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Trump has vehemently denied all wrongdoing\u200d and stated\u2063 that\u200d the prosecution\u2062 is politically motivated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In his first speech after\u2064 the indictment was announced, Trump said, \u2063&#8221;The ridiculous and baseless indictment of me by the Biden administration&#8217;s weaponized Department of Injustice will go down as among the most horrific abuses of \u200bpower in the history of our \u200ccountry.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">President Joe Biden \u2062is also under investigation for alleged mishandling\u2063 of classified documents, \u200dincluding their storage at a think tank in Washington, D.C., and his Delaware home garage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The investigation \u200cinto the Biden document\u200b mishandling is being conducted by\u200c special counsel Robert Hur, and\u2064 no charges or conclusions have been \u2063made \u2062yet.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carlos De Oliveira, Mar-a-Lago property manager, entered a plea of not guilty to federal charges.
