It wasn\u2019t \u2063too long ago, for example, \u2064that \u2064a cult called \u200b\u201cCUT\u201d convinced \u2064tens \u200bof thousands of people to\u2062 hide in fallout shelters in Montana. The point was to save themselves from nuclear apocalypse. But the apocalypse\u2062 never \u200ccame, so eventually the cultists left the \u2063bunkers and gave up on the \u2062whole idea. This\u200d was in the\u200b \u201990s, if you can believe\u200d it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A few decades before that, \u200bthe same thing happened with \u201cThe Seekers\u201d \u2062in Michigan. Back in the\u200d \u201950s, The\u200c Seekers thought they\u2019d get swept up by aliens\u200d in \u200bUFOs and taken \u200dto\u2064 some faraway planet. Admittedly, it\u2019s not the\u200d most unreasonable belief.\u2062 That one\u2062 I \u2062might have actually joined. But eventually,\u200d when they picked specific dates for the\u2064 aliens\u2019 arrival, and they never came, \u2063even the \u2064diehard Seekers gave up and disbanded. Some dreams die hard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Until\u2064 recently, a notable \u2064exception to\u200c this general rule \u2014 the rule that most cults quickly collapse under the\u2062 weight \u2063of their own absurdity\u2063 \u2014 \u200dhas been trans ideology. Transgenderism is a far deadlier and more destructive cult than CUT, or The Seekers, or anything like that. \u2064It also makes\u200b a lot less sense. The\u2064 idea that \u2064anyone, even children, can snap their fingers and become the opposite sex is, objectively, crazier than fretting over nuclear war, and much crazier than anticipating the impending arrival of aliens. And yet, for \u2064most of the past decade \u200cor \u2062so, transgenderism somehow only grew more influential, and corrupted more institutions, the more unhinged it became. How could that be? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Whatever explains the \u2064remarkable \u200blongevity of the \u200bcult \u2064of transgenderism \u2014 and we have talked extensively about \u2062how it came\u2063 about, and \u2062why \u2014 there is finally some \u2062good news to report. At\u2063 long last,\u200b the spectacular, slow-motion implosion of \u2062trans\u2062 ideology is underway. It\u2019s \u200conly \u200da matter of time \u2014 though it may \u2063be a while yet \u2014\u2064 before it \u2062goes the \u200bway of\u2063 all those other cults. We\u2019ve seen the\u200c signs of this \u2064for\u2064 the past year. Think about the nearly two dozen states that passed \u2062laws outlawing the sterilization of children.\u200c Consider\u2064 the success of \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/videos\/what-is-a-woman\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What\u2063 is a\u200c Woman?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,\u201d which became one of the most-watched documentaries of\u200d all time. And of course,\u200c recall the catastrophic market failures of \u200bBud Light and\u200b Target, when \u200dthey\u2064 embraced the most\u200b demented aspects \u2063of trans ideology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now there\u2019s yet another sign that the fall of transgenderism is finally upon us. And it\u200b may be the\u200c clearest\u200d sign yet. It comes from, \u2062of all places, the \u200dstate of California, where transgenderism is basically the state \u2063religion.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/show\/the-matt-walsh-show\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WATCH: The\u200b Matt Walsh \u200bShow<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This\u2064 week, the Murrieta\u200b Valley School District in southern California\u2062 voted to require parental notification when students give\u200c any\u2063 indication that they want\u2062 to change their\u200b gender. So, for instance, if a student tells his homeroom teacher that he wants\u200c to be referred to as a girl\u2063 all of a sudden, \u200cthen\u200b the homeroom teacher\u2063 would be obligated to inform that student\u2019s parents. Murrieta became the second school\u200b district in\u2063 California to approve such a measure in just the last month, after the Chino Valley School District.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is a policy \u2062that \u200dtrans activists, and state Democrats \u2014 most notably the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-trans-ideology-cult-is-collapsing-under-the-weight-of-its-own-absurdity\/\" title=\"Trans ideology cult collapsing due to absurdity.\">state attorney general \u2014 desperately wanted<\/a> to prevent. They understand\u2063 that they need\u2063 to indoctrinate children into the cult of transgenderism \u2064as\u200c soon as \u2064possible, in order for the cult to survive.\u200c And they\u200d understand that this indoctrination process is a\u2064 lot more difficult if parents are given the chance to interfere. That\u2019s why \u2064corporate \u2063media was united against\u2062 this. The Advocate, for example, ran this\u200b headline: \u201cCalifornia School District\u200b Will Make Staff Out Trans Students to Their Parents.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And\u200b yet, in California, arguably the\u200d most \u2062Left-wing state \u2062in the country, despite \u2063all this \u2063pressure, \u200cthe\u2063 trans \u2064activists failed.\u2064 How did that happen?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To answer that question, and to \u200cunderstand\u2063 the significance\u200d of this moment,\u200d it\u2019s important to\u2063 start\u2064 by presenting the trans activist\u200b side of the argument, because you really need \u200bto see\u200c how much they\u2019re \u2062flailing. Here\u2019s how\u200c one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/44-san-francisco-schools-to-see-name-changes\/\" title=\"44 San Francisco schools to see name changes\">school board member<\/a> began her argument in \u200copposition to the measure this week. To be clear, she\u2019s \u200carguing that teachers should \u200bnot have \u200bto tell\u2062 parents \u200cif their children \u2064suddenly start identifying as members of \u2064the opposite sex. Watch\u2063 her opening argument:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is the first, best argument that the school board member \u2063could come up with. This is her \u2063case \u2063for why schools shouldn\u2019t tell\u2063 parents that their boy now thinks he\u2019s a girl, or vice versa. Notice that\u200d the school board member doesn\u2019t say \u200dshe\u2019s advocating for the\u2063 best interests of children. She\u200b doesn\u2019t say it\u2019s the best thing\u200d for\u2063 the parents, either. \u2063Instead, she issues a threat. She makes \u200dan appeal \u200cto lawfare. \u2063She says \u2063that California has \u2063created a maze of laws and \u2063regulations \u2064on this topic, and if\u200d the school board dares\u200b to take the side of the parents, then the school board will be sued by \u2064the state attorney\u200c general. And no matter what, that will cost millions of dollars,\u200b because\u2064 lawyers are expensive. And ultimately, parents\u2062 will have to pay those costs in the form\u200c of taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">That\u2019s\u2063 not an idle\u2062 threat, by the way. Already, California\u2019s attorney general, Rob Bonta, has <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/patch.com\/california\/temecula\/state-launches-another-investigation-ie-school-district\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">opened<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  an investigation\u2063 into the \u2064Chino Valley school district for its parental notification policy. But \u200dput that aside for a \u2062moment. Think, again, about\u2064 how callous \u200dand brazen this is. She\u2019s \u200bnot opening by \u2063saying her\u200c policy\u2062 makes \u200dany sense, or helps anyone \u2014 least of all the children she\u2019s supposed \u2062to care about. She\u2019s just saying: obey, or prepare to deal \u200bwith bureaucratic hellfire. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To be fair, a few minutes later, this school board member,\u2062 whose name is Nancy Young, eventually came up with another argument. Here it is, in its entirety:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Let\u2019s break this \u200cdown. Nancy \u2064Young \u200cis saying that, at \u2064one point, she had an openly gay male student. This student\u2019s parents, allegedly, told him to kill himself because he identified as a homosexual. Put aside just how implausible and made\u200c up that story sounds. \u2064Let\u2019s just take it at face \u2062value for a second. Nancy Young concludes, \u2062based\u200b on\u200b that singular anecdote of an obviously deranged hypothetical parent, that no \u200dparent, in\u200d any circumstance,\u200b has \u200dthe right to know\u2062 what his or her child is \u2064doing at school. You might as well point to a story of a suicidal mother driving herself and her children over a \u200bbridge, and \u200bconclude that no parent should have the right\u2064 to drive their children\u2062 anywhere, for fear that they are all secretly plotting murder-suicides.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As\u2064 with all logic by \u2064trans activists, this\u200d collapses the moment you pause\u2062 to think about \u200bit for more than two seconds. For one thing, \u2064it would justify hiding literally everything from \u200cparents. If you follow \u200dNancy Young\u2019s line of \u2062thinking, then schools shouldn\u2019t tell \u2062parents if\u2063 their child was caught with, say, \u200bheroin, or \u200da 9 millimeter handgun, or anything. After all, some parent somewhere might overreact and say something \u200dreally nasty. Perhaps parents shouldn\u2019t be told if a child has bad grades. You \u200dnever know how \u200cthe \u2064most unhinged parent might react to that\u2063 information. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But Nancy Young\u2019s \u201creasoning\u201d \u2014 if you can \u2064call it \u2063that \u2014 is \u200bcompletely anecdotal. It\u2019s based \u200con one example she \u200cprovides, with no \u200bcorroboration whatsoever. Therefore, all we need to refute it\u2062 is a\u200c single child who regrets her decision \u2064to supposedly \u201ctransition.\u201d Two can play at the anecdote game, and the anecdotes on the other \u200bside of this discussion are much more powerful. \u2063Not to mention they\u2019re actually true. And, as it happens, one \u200dsuch person was present at this school board meeting in\u200c Murrieta. Her \u2064name is\u2062 Chloe Cole. She\u2019s become \u200done of the most \u2062outspoken advocates against \u200cso-called \u201cgender affirming care\u201d for minors.\u200d In\u2062 Murrieta, Cole \u200btestified about her experiences, including getting a double mastectomy as a 15-year-old \u200cgirl. She also spoke about what happens when kids can hide their alleged \u201cgender identity\u201d from their \u200dparents. Watch:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now \u2062you see \u2062why trans\u2064 activists desperately want to silence Chloe Cole. In fact,\u2062 they wanted to \u200dsilence\u2062 her at\u200d that very school board meeting. She\u2019s a \u2062walking refutation of arguments from politicians like Nancy Young.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So \u2063what else is there? What other possible reason\u200c is there to hide information \u200bfrom parents about what their children are doing \u2063and saying at school?<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You \u2064can probably guess by\u200c now that no other real \u200carguments \u200cwere presented. But, just in \u200dcase you\u2019re\u2064 curious, here\u2019s a \u200bsampling of what the trans activists served up:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAgree with us or you\u2019re\u2064 homophobic; agree with us or you support violence against children.\u201d Convinced yet?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Probably not. Either way, there is an irony underlying \u2063all of this. \u200bAnd it\u2019s important to highlight it, because it exposes, once again, the incoherence of trans ideology. As you saw, in California right now,\u2062 trans activists are arguing that parents don\u2019t\u200c deserve to know anything \u200dabout their kids\u2019 so<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ais-race-toward-human-likeness-is-a-modern-tower-of-babel\/\" title=\"AI's quest for human resemblance is a modern Tower of Babel.\">-called gender\u2062 identity<\/a> in schools. But, \u200bat the same time,\u2062 trans activists \u2014 in the courts and in Congress \u2014 are \u2064opposing bans on child mutilation\u2064 on the grounds that *parents*,\u2062 as opposed to\u2064 the government, should\u200d be intimately involved in their \u2063kids\u2019 \u201chealthcare\u201d decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Right\u200c now, for example,\u2062 the ACLU\u200d is\u200c fighting \u2064to overturn Tennessee\u2019s ban on child \u2063sterilization.\u2062 Here\u2019s a quote from the legal complaint against Tennessee: \u201cThat fundamental right \u200cof parents\u2063 includes the right\u200d to seek and to follow medical advice to protect the health and well-being of their minor children.\u201d A\u2063 district\u2064 court judge \u2062accepted that argument. He found\u200b that,\u2064 \u201cThe\u2064 Court\u200d therefore agrees with \u200dPlaintiffs that under binding\u2062 Sixth Circuit precedent, parents\u200b have \u2064a \u200dfundamental right to\u200b direct \u2062the medical care of their children, which naturally includes the right of \u2063parents to request certain \u2064medical treatments on behalf\u200c of their children.\u201d (Ultimately,\u2064 the appellate court quickly reversed that decision, finding that sterilizing children \u200cmay not, in fact, amount\u200d to\u2064 constitutionally protected\u2063 medical care.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So, to recap: On the one hand, trans activists are\u2063 saying parents have the right\u200b to \u201ctransition\u201d their kids. On the other hand, they\u2019re saying \u200bparents \u2064don\u2019t have the right to know if their kid is \u200d\u201ctransitioning.\u201d This is the position of trans activists. Parents have the \u200dright to do this to their kids, \u2064but don\u2019t have the right to know if it\u2019s being done.\u2064 This\u200b is the best reasoning they can come up \u2064with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As another example, here\u2019s a Democratic \u2064representative at\u2063 House Judiciary Committee a few weeks ago again citing \u201cparental rights\u201d as an argument against bans \u2064on child mutilation:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A leading Democrat says that parents are, \u201cinvolved in every \u200dphase of decision-making\u201d involving child transgenderism. Any suggestion to the contrary, \u2063she says, is fear mongering. As we showed you \u200ca few weeks ago, a Republican member of\u200b the committee later asked that same Democrat whether she\u2062 would therefore support a law requiring parental involvement in\u200c any child gender transition, she stammered\u200c and stuttered and refused\u2062 to commit. That\u2019s because the \u2064parental rights line is a\u2062 total farce. It\u2019s a shield they use whenever it\u2019s convenient, and\u2064 then\u200b drop\u200d it the moment they have no use for it. They pretend to \u200bdefend the fortress of parental rights, but a moment later they have\u2062 turned \u200daround and trained their guns on the very thing they were claiming to\u200c defend just \u2064a second before.\u200b And in \u2062this\u200d case,\u200d the hypocrisy and self-contradiction is not just academic \u2014 there are real-world consequences. After all, trans \u200dactivists are the first \u200bto point out \u200dthat trans-identified kids are much more likely to \u2062be \u2063suicidal, which is true. And \u2062yet if a\u2063 parent has a \u200bchild who is in a group\u200d that makes \u200dhim a high risk for suicide, trans activists believe \u2063this fact should be concealed from them. How many children have died because\u2064 they were\u2064 convinced to hide their gender confusion from their parents? How many suicides\u200d do these trans activists have \u200don their blood-drenched hands? Too many to count, and yet these callous,\u200c narcissistic sociopaths \u2063don\u2019t care.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But this is what happens. \u2062This is what is revealed. Without fail, anytime you\u2063 allow trans activists and pro-trans politicians to speak, and you consider\u2063 what\u2064 they\u2019re \u2063saying,\u2063 the \u2064true \u200bhorror of their ideology \u200bcomes\u2062 into view. Along with its incoherence.\u200b They \u200bcontradict themselves. They reveal their own hypocrisy. They\u200b lie. They obfuscate.\u200d They do all \u2062of \u2062that because they know, in the end, every cult suffers the same fate. It\u200b collapses under the weight\u2064 of its own absurdity,\u200c and then is forgotten \u2062and \u2063disgraced\u200d forever. That is the future of trans \u2064ideology.
