Amazing!\u2019 This was an overt act \u200bin furtherance \u2064of\u200d the conspiracy,\u201d \u200cthe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-trump-indicted-ga-11-criminal-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">indictment<\/a> read.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a joke. In the dystopian world of leftist prosecutors, telling people on social media to watch \u200ba hearing \u2063on the One America News Network amounts to racketeering.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2023\/08\/15\/us\/politics\/trump-georgia-indictment-annotated.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The New York Times<\/a>,\u2062 of \u2063course, published an annotated \u200bversion of\u2062 the indictment Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe inclusion in the indictment of multiple tweets by Mr. Trump suggests the expansive nature of the racketeering \u200dcharges,\u201d the\u200b Times\u2019 Alan\u200b Feuer wrote. \u201cIt would be difficult to prove that each tweet \u2063was a criminal act on its own, but prosecutors are suggesting that each one \u2062was part of the larger conspiracy to obstruct the election.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This functions as pornography for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-indictment-says-trump-telling-people-to-watch-tv-is-proof-of-racketeering-activity\/\" title=\"Georgia indictment alleges that Trump's instruction to watch TV is evidence of racketeering.\">affluent \u2064liberals afflicted<\/a> by Trump Derangement Syndrome.<\/p>\n<p>For those unafflicted by intense and irrational hatred, however, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lol-soros-backed-da-kim-foxx-says-jussie-smollett-prosecution-a-failure-of-justice-system\/\" title=\"Lol: Soros-Backed DA Kim Foxx Says Jussie Smollett Prosecution a \u201cFailure of Justice System\u201d\">entire indictment<\/a> appeared as little more than the latest manifestation of a dying establishment\u2019s wrath.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, Act \u206422 has tragi-comic elements about it. And people noticed.<\/p>\n<p>Monday and\u2063 Tuesday on X, formerly \u2062Twitter, a number of prominent conservatives highlighted the ludicrous Act 22.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/charlie-kirk-campus-event-violently-attacked-liberal-news-outlet-publishes-false-lynching-accusation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charlie Kirk<\/a>, for\u2063 instance, expressed both disbelief and alarm.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This is an actual\u2064 line from the \u200dGeorgia indictment.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a \u200bcriminal case. After all, what\u2062 other form of impairment\u2062 could convince a\u200d group of adult humans that \u201cconspirators\u201d \u2064openly tweet their plans?
